Hey Matfred 2007,

I'm from Ontario and I free dive in Kingston. I simply swim my my out usually with a friend and then start diving. I've gone down 60 feet so far, I figure this is ok for a beginner.

However, if you want wicked freediving you could take a trip to Tolbermory or even go out to Lake Superior. Keep training, keep kicking!

wow this Stephen Mifsud is awsome im from Canada and here we dont have that many great places to free dive but the 1000 islands there perfect for freediving the water is as clear as glass and the bottom has lots of fish and stuff to see but the waters a bit cold but other then that its awsome freediving
