I like mercedes cars but the BMW is growing in me..If your in the market for a luxury sedan how many people want an understatement. I like my cars bold, especially at those prices, so why pay for something that looks like a glorified VW. Same thing for Acura (glorifed Honda) and Lexus (glorified Toyota). Of the Asian brand cars I like Nissan/Infiniti

I personally prefer the 7 Series. I drive my second E65 since 2007 and I found the Idrive - especially in the Facelift quite good. The interior improved a lot in comparsion to the pre Facelft - perhaps it just my Individual Series ;).

The S-Class makes a lot of things better than the E65, but I dont like the interior and for me it is just a copy of the E65. The A8 is to conservative with too sporty driving.

i have an audi a8 3.0 TDI and a mercedes S350, ive driven them both, then i called a friend to drive the audi and i drove the mercedes, it was horrible! my friend said he didnt know he was driving at 60mph in the audi, but the mercedes was absoloutley horrible! Mercedes is good for nouveau riche villagers or grandpas. BMW is good for kids in baggy pants or fat americans, it looks really bad, lets's face it, E65/66 is rubbish.
