I was so surprised when I found out that Chicane remixed this track. Tracks such as this are timeless. As a progressive DJ for the last ten years I can still play tracks such as this and still be asked when this was released. Unfortunately, alot of the progressive house, trance, and breakbeat genres aren't making quality tracks of this caliber. I cant understand why bc quality never stagnates. It's always in style.
You are so right, I heard this first back in 2003 off Seaman's Renaissance Worldwide and I thought back then this must be a new one..It's only now that i knew that the whole album was released back in 97 !!! This whole culture never seized to amaze me..it is surreal .
Glad to see that Dave Seaman played this jem. One of my favorite DJ's up till 2004. He's embrace ot the entire electro infusion into progressive music just doesn't suit me. The one factor that amazes me and I mean it really amazes me is that I'm still finding hundreds of tracks that have slipped by me over the years and that were released before I got into the scene. Their are just so many classics out their. I hope they all make to the internet so we can all enjoy.
Well, it's the hype of the times isn't it? All the djs from back then , are venturing off their mains into something either more underground or more mainstream (Deep Dish,Lawler,Van M and even Nick Waren!) I mean, can you you think of any name from that era who truly stayed their course ?Not that I am particularly a fan of Seaman but being a Dj yourself , can you blame him?
Where can I download this track? Does anybody know of any torrents for this song? I've been looking for this song everywhere and I wasn't able to find it. I have the Northern Exposure by Sasha & Digweed but I want the whole version of this song. This song is fucking amazing. I just love listening to this. I remember hearing this back at a rave in 98 or something and since then this has bee stuck in my head
I have the same Northern Exposure CD and i searched for a while to find this track. You can find torrents for this track on The Pirate Bay, btjunkie or Mininova. Alternatively you could buy the mp3 off Beatport.
Hey! Thanks a lot bro. Appreciate it man. I'll try buying it off Beatport or something because the torrents don't seem to work with the whole seeding issue. Thanks! :)
What i do mate is download "wavepad sound editor", it alows u to rec what evers playen on ur desk top and save it as an mp3 file, go to imeem or grooveshark for better sound quality
