i spawntrap occasionally, i agree that its bad for the game itself, but at the end of the day its actually hard to spawntrap this easily. its very dependant on a stong team, and the objective of demolition is to not allow the enemy team to plant the bombs and most strategy guides out for the call of duty franchise pretty much expect you to work as a team and get to areas of the maps to stop any enemy's getting through.

its impossible to "fix" the spawns, they can only make certain amounts of spawns, and if the opposition is clever and blocks some of them off it reduces the number more meaning the players can sit next to the spawns and kill the people as they spawn. they can't make demo spawns random because they have to be at either end of the map depending on whether you're attacking or defending

if theres 2 teams in demo and team A is spawn trapping, if no player on team B can plant a bomb in a minute of team team a should automatically win to make sure this doesn't happen. or if a player on a team goes over 50 deaths with >10 kills the game should end so this doesn't happen
