It's funny, I love Mamoru x Usagi in the manga, but I can't stand them together in the anime.
Overall I love Seiya x Usagi the most though.

I agree. I feel that they have a more realistic and emotional bond in the manga. In th anime, you see Usagi always jealuos, and maybe Mamoru once. In the manga you see they both have insecurities yet grow as people to be strong with their relationship.

well, actually that's Seiya kissed Usagi. It's kinda similar situation which was in the anime where he kissed her in the cheek, but in manga he kissed her in the lips. In anime it looks a little that he want to kiss her in the lips too, but she shyed.
