That's backstabbing, and if he worked so hard for those clients, he will have no problem looking for other clients as well. Van and Cheyenne are indeed selfish, and I am appalled that Van was willing to go behind Reba's back, after all she had done for him. She even gave him the real estate job, so he owes her.
