  • Fallen multiple times, slid across the ground on our side more then once. Just a risk u gotta take. I always remember shoulders back heels down, head up. I know the feelin when your horse falls with u, u know MOVE!

  • Ummm we don't beat our horses...

  • It was not because of the tie down! I do it and my mare is just find with a tie down.

  • @Occraracer10 i agree, it was not the tie down. The horses teeth needed to be done and the bit was irritating the horse by rubbing on the teeth.

  • omb o:34 bad so bad

  • Ok... first of all..... SHIT HAPPENS!!!!! I barrel race and me and my horses have had a few falls ourselves... you can't always control what happens.. sometimes the rider may lose balance, the hprse

  • Did you notice ALL the horses had tie Downs? Maybe that's why they freak out and fall. Gah.....! I hate tie Downs. I barrel race my big Guy in a snaffle. No tie down. He does awesome. Only had 1 accident but that was because my stirrup broke.

  • um..okay i have a pleasure SHOW horse and she can run barrels WAYYY better then any of these runs...ahaha is it the horse thats not balenced or just all shitty ridres??? and my last question...there is not much falling of in shows,, why so many falls in jumping and barrels...?? not sayin i havent has my share of falls...haha happy ridin <3

  • I've had my horse try to buck me off during a practice run. Tho it wasn't nearly as bad as some of these cowgirls got it.

  • i agree but not so good 2nd barrel

  • the girl at 1:23 - holy crap nice first barrel

  • Barrel horse to bronco

  • I love how most of the horses know the pattern so well and just keep going on it

  • @arabianhorsesrock97 I am an old rider in barrels. A two time barrel racing world champion. The o ky reason

  • hi i love your video! and i was wondering where u got all ur clips? i was going to make a barrel racing video myself, if u could help that would be awesome! :D

  • & they think what i do is easy........ think again !

  • Love barrel racing... and i love how some of these horses just get up and continue running the pattern lol

  • i feel so bad for soome of theses people...

  • @ColoradocowgirlMs Why? They know what can happen without any protective gear, show them no sympathy. They can make smart or dumb decisions. :)

  • them (how they feel, whats wrong if anything, how there doing, ect.) so there u know its true so soak it in and gowgirl up!

  • _ever complain about running or show signs.... sorry i forgot u cant speak horse like the rest of us who acutly care about our horses and dont act like were the best riders in the hole freaken world YOUR NOT! u probly suck and ur just so full of ur self that u dont relize it im sure that ur just some snoty stuck up ritch girl whos parents show no disapline and say sure sweety to every thing. ur not a real country cowgirl who likes to give kisses to her horse and understands everthing about-----

  • @jonnyknoxville777 get off the rag dude/dudette

  • @MrPaddles1988 you sure as hell better not be talkin about my horse

  • @aribanhorsesrock97 well horses who love there owners speak to the heart with motions and body laguage but u proble havent reaced the leaved of friendship that barrrel racers and there horse have k jack***? we puy our lives in there heart k? they like it i know my horse does he

  • There were two good riders in this. The rest need to be banned from touching a horse ever again.

  • the more i see of it, the more i dislike western riding!!! (both riding, breaking and handeling!!!)

  • @JuneMelanie ok i can understand where you are coming from but i have to disagree with you. it is the rider not the sport. I ride English, dressage & hunt seat, and I ride western, pleasure (but not the stupid incredibly slow kind)

I have seen alot of bad english riders too, in fact I saw my old trainer get on a green mare and kick her into a canter then yank her to a stop and keep yanking till she backed up six steps, which is why she is not my trainer anymore.

  • HAHAHAHAAHHAHAHAHA WTF IS WITH THE FIRST GIRL

  • @OooLalaJacii WTF is up with ur face?

  • (I'm not saying they are bad riders) but most of the videos show that it is the riders fault. and some of it is just them getting bucked off. and i dont blam the horses ( i barrel race ) but some times they are just having a bad day and getting kicked and haveing to turn into small circuls just isn't in thier day plans.i have had these things happen to me so i know where the riders get fusstrarted and just want the horses to do thier job but its not always about winnning!

  • I barrel race and my horse trips like every 5 steps and this coming summer will be his first time barrel racing and im worried he will trip and fall on his face. :/

  • I barrel race and my horse trips like every 5 steps and this will be his first summer barrel racing and im worried about him trippin' and falling on his face :/

  • horse at 1:30 gets up like "i'm good guys i'm good. that didn't happen, everythings chill"

  • Turn and burn, the only lesson to learn(:

  • Dude what the heck ok abuse isn't true if the horse likes it and doesn't mind it stupid

  • @jonnyknoxville777 oh so have u asked a horse if they dont mind bein pushed 2 the limmit? didnt know horses could talk stupid

  • Comment removed

  • These videos, and my crazy spaz mare, are why I don't barrel race. :)

  • Just for the record horses are too pets. If not what are they?

  • I didn't say anything about her, I am just saying, that I would have done the same thing, horses arent pets, I am not into abuse, but thats over a thousand pounds thats going to fall on you, I would be doing anything I can to keep that from happening to save myself, or the horse..because either could die from going tover backwards

  • @emchad82 why dont you get the hell off this video. She wasnt the person who rode these horse so... STFU. get it??

  • Just a tip but if your horse is freaking out like the one at :26 instead of pulling back on the reins, try turning their head to one side and turn their head as far in as you can get it. might save your mouth being full of dirt ; ) because if their head is turned in they can't or won't rear or buck. because their legs will be crossing each other from going in circles trying to relieve the pressure from their mouth.

  • guys come on, dont put some1 down for freezing in a moment its instinct to grasp whatever is in your hand and go to a fetal position, she had a moment thats all. thats a 1,000lb-1,500lb animal vs a 110-140lb woman. and unless you train yourself to handle riding broncs its not something the average joe handles well. so please take it easy, i know what it looked like but every person that sees this video says the same and thats 137,989 people. how embarassed would you be?

  • iv fallen off backwards, have my horse buck, kick, bolt, rear, heck,i my horse is tied,he walks in a river and gets you all wet.if your a sissy, piss ant drama queen that thinks breaking a nail is the end of the world...A HORSE WILL KILL YOU

  • ow.

  • 0:29 got what she deserved ripping on her horse's face like that.

  • @Apollopaloozarocks have to keep their head up some how, i would've done the same thing.

  • @emchad82

keeping your horses head down is possible without ripping at there mouth.

  • @OKpenelopepony ...welll...all i can honestly say is... PEOPLE LIKE YOU PISS ME OFF!!!!!!!!!!

  • Yeouch!!! I remember my spills and falls, I soon learned how to ying with the yang! Horses teach us a lot!! and keeps us sane..lol

  • This just proves how tough cowgirls are! You all rock. My role models.

  • owwwwww

  • I barrelrace and polebend and have done it for so long but if any of these things would have happened to me it would take me so long to get over it or I'd probably never get on a horse again so if one of these people are you and you are still riding good job cause I'm amazing at riding but it takes guts to get back on a horse after that wow lol by the way people who don't like barrelracers you do know that barrelracing has real cowgirls in it with real horses :)

  • its always 99.9 % rider error, and I believe that to be a verrry true statement. I run barrels on one horse, use him as a flag carrier, for my rodeo queen contests, trail riding, roping, and speed horse pleasure. Barrel horses don't always act crazy, mine walks in, does his job, and walks out, ears up and all.The rider is was makes the horse, if you constantly take them into a pen and do the same thing, then of course they are going to get sour and act up.

  • @NDJONNY57 I agree before I read your thing that u wrote I said that it was the persons fault

  • alsome

  • Now this is my sport(: haha

  • @myhorsemaizee I love your outlook! :D

  • @myhorsemaizee what, u like 2 c horses get hurt? tht it? ur sick in the brain if thts the fact!

  • @arabianhorsesrock97 yes, i am a sick masochist whose only goal in life is to kill all the horses off from the face of the earth.cept, the weird thing is, is that i have my own horse (who is my life and i would DIE for),i love can chasin, trail riding, riding bareback, entering in western pleasure classes, and ive been riding for years now.. hmmmm, sounds just a little ironic, dont ya think? :) maybe you should get to the bottom of things first before you start pointing fingers & starting drama :)

  • @myhorsemaizee i didnt mean 2 start anything between us, i just figured u like 2 hurt horses b/c thts wht this vid is about

  • @arabianhorsesrock97 this video isnt even about 'hurting horses'. its about barrel racing and what CAN happen..i mean yeahh, some of these were the riders fault, like when they were yanking there horses faces offf, but some of this is just like where the horse slipped and fell, and theres really nothing the rider can do about that, especially when their going that fast... and its fine, i guess it was just a misunderstanding.. just watch what you accuse people of, cause it can really offend them.

  • @arabianhorsesrock97 These are accidents not purposeful events.

  • Waa super le respect du cheval vazy que je t'arrache la geul et que tu te casse la geul Bravo!! Et c'est une passion ce truc ?! :O

  • @balaofhay123 well its the persons fault because the horses are only doing wat your telling them

  • So, I don't know why everyone thinks each sport is better than the next. If ya'll really think ya'll are horse lovers, why can't you just agree that frick, this stuff happens all the time in each sport. Instead of beatin' each other down, bring it up. Each sport takes great skill by both horse and rider. So why don't ya'll just settle on that and stop bashin' horses? :)

  • I know someone who when her horse launched off the third barrel, her bra got stuck on her saddle horn...it hurt, but we all had a good laugh over it. Not really related, but funny.

  • Damn some of these horses are smart lol

  • @CapnCrossbones uve obviousally nver been around a horse. if u new ANYTHING about them, they will do amlost ANYTHING that u ask them 2 do

  • @arabianhorsesrock97 I been around a lot of horses and other live stock all my life. Horses have wonderful personalities and are very smart. I know people who ride them to death and I know people who ride them for life. I seen horses show affection and I seen horses when they are not happy. One time I rode a horse that decided to get drunk off apples and throw me off. I don't blame him I mean getting drunk is more fun than touring me around the pasture right? You are right though I know little.

  • @arabianhorsesrock97 also did you think to ask why I said some of the horses are smart? Please don't be so quick to jump/judge on folk's without knowing the whole story. I know people who ride them to death they are heartless when it comes to horses I am not one of those people. I enjoy being around them but honestly I find riding them uncomfortable and pointless and a little mean. I mean I am sitting on a live animal and if I fart it has no where to run! Not fair in my books.... Dig it?

  • @CapnCrossbones Why is it mean or pointless? The horse I ride is proud and happy when I take him out (esp. without tack). It's not pointless because ppl have been riding since the beginning of time I mean like the Native Americans,Hispanic Cowboys, and European warlords they had to get around somehow and sometimes walking/running just wouldn't cut it. Right?

  • @dertrix37 you misunderstood the "I find it mean and a little uncomfortable" part to mean I am against this stuff. I go to these events I have since I was a kid. I rode horses in the mountains and to be honest with a couple of blown discs in my back it was hell. Also if I fart the horse cant escape and that is mean....

Weren't horses/ponies first introduced into North and South America by Spanish and other Europeans? But yea back then , walking and running would not cut it so wagon for me lol.

  • Everyone out there who thinks barrel racing is easy. Your wrong. My biggest pet peeve about running barrels is to SIT SIT SIT. And LOOK. Its not cruel. Its fun and i love it.

  • Barrel racing to make sure they get the right turns around the barrels they are practice takes a long time and some horses don't get the chance to "freshen up" or get the change of scenery like we do so they react differently. When that one horse flips over, I went through that exact thing so its ok, same thing with bucking and etc.

  • Look it is Very clean that most thes horses just need to stop barrel racing and just trail ride.

  • Some of these, it's not even the horses fault!!! The people are just horrible horrible riders!! I can pick out the good and bad. I'm 18 years old and A Rodeo queen and a barrel racer. I've been around horses way before my due date. I started riding by myself at about 2. I know what i'm talking about is what i'm saying lol and poor horses to those accidents where the riders were awful! Can't feel sympathy for someone who is ignorant.

  • @NDJONNY57 who gives a shit about what you have done... and i don't really think anyone cares about when you started riding.. thats everyones exuse is that they started riding at a early age.. my sister is an exellent rider and she was barrel racing and she fell off.. it was wasn't the horses fault nor my sisters.. so don't go around talking about the way people ride and saying it's bad... just saying :)

  • @NDJONNY57 I agree with Baleofhay123 if you were a real rodeo queen u'd realise that they people there can ride i but ur some stupid no brainded dressage rider trying to make it big on you 30 year old broken down old nag of a horse that was trained to make it look like you can ride....u need to be punched in the face u up right ignorant B!t*h .... and i doubt that your 18 cause you acting like a immature 13 year old that wishes they could ride... sorry to tell you but YOU SUCK ASSS... Grow up!

  • @NDJONNY57 In my experience, most rodeo queens can't ride a stick horse. Also, humble much? A real horsemen/women doesn't need to go around giving out their resume on the internet. They let they're achievements speak for themselves.

  • The reason at :38 that the horse reared up was because the bit was rubbing on his teeth causing pain. I saw it on untamed and uncut. And her face had to get stiched back together.

  • 0:33.....fail.

  • Horses are so unpredictable!! OMG! I was riding my supersweet gelding & dumthin scared him & he just started bucking!! haha+) he stopped really quick tho..haha=)

  • WHO EVER THE DUMB B***H IS SAYING HORSES R STUPID GET ON 1 SEND ME A VID WHEN U GET UR A** BUCKED OFF!

  • barrel racing rocks. im 16 and ive already had a plate put into my kneecap from getting it snapped right in half (thanks to my little Quarab), but the risk is all part of the fun!!

  • that horse at 0:27 was bebe she freaked because she had sharp points :) just thought i would tell yu

  • Horses are unpredictable. Same as barrel racing. You take it your own risk. I barrel race. I take it my own risk.

  • Barrel racing and Jumping all have bad days. i barrel race and i have nothing against english. But when people say oh horses break their legs and everything doing barrel racing. They do the same in jumping. They knick the jump and they trip and roll. Barrel racing they slide or trip and lose their ballance. It happens but horses love what they do. At least mine do they love to go out there and run on the barrels . And bring me home a ribbon.

  • i know how those girls feel. i had a horse lose his footing and slide to a stop on his side. i thought he got hurt when he didnt get up but he was just waiting for me to make the first move. great horse though.

  • Y'all fight over who takes better care of their horses, who knows more about their horses. And have to say the meanest things to people just to make theirselves sound better than everyone else. We all love our horses no matter what we do! Also (IF YOU DONT LIKE BARREL RACING, ROPING, BULL RIDING, BRONC RIDING, RODEO IN GENERAL, RACING HORSES, JUMPING, EVENTING, DRASSAGE, OR ANYTHING YOU DO NOT LIKE!!) DO NOT WATCH IT!!

  • Best vid. Too funny watching the bucking horses....heh heh

  • LMAO, gotta love event crossing... Little mix of barrel racing, and saddle bronc...lol

  • OMG !! WHAT HAPPEND 2 DA GIRL IN 0:25 :(

  • Well that horse quit barrel racing. I think she quit to.The horse had a issue that day with his teeth and i think one of his back teeth wore loose or very sore. And the person started yanking on the mouth as you can see so the horse had no other choice but to rear and it happened so fast neither of them could stop it the horse practically lost it's balance.

  • @lUvMaHoRsEs Sorry here is the rest of what i was going to say LOL appened so fast neither of them could stop it the horse practically lost it's balance. The rider had to have surgery because the horn got her face and messed her face all up. But gladly she was ok after the surgery and all that :)

  • @HorsesOny

    ohh !

    same here =P !!!

Horse named Romance fall at me, my hip is broken =(

  • @lUvMaHoRsEs her face had to be stiched up her horse BEBE had sharp points:(

  • @sadleclubgirl

    ohh :(

  • Barrel racing horses are just as skilled as any other horses they say there brains are friend and all the want to do i s barrel race i freaking do cutting campdrafting and muster on my big barrel boy so ya'll who are saying that its shit dont know shit about it it aint sometyhing you just can say wow im gonna start doing this i was born into it its in my blood!!! :) and my horse loves it

  • Barrel horses dont have their brains fried, my barrel horse can do everything from dressage to taking me out on a nice long trail ride, at a nice pleasurable walk. Oh.. A trail ride sounds good right now, toodles!

  • @GingerJace i agree, we have 2 horses that do nothing but run during the season but once shows are over...or even on the nights we dont show..we go out bareback riding with halters on and are able to have nice relaxing rides. Barrel horses just are awesome..HORSES in general are awesome

  • @GingerJace Not EVERY barrel horse... Just those with bad riders who only use them for barrel racing.

  • @GingerJace Same with my barrel horse. He is a jumper, and has never been hot his whole entire life.

  • My favs are 0:12 0:48 and 1:40 bahahaha

  • barrel racing is good!!!! and she is right barrels are only for some horses

  • @KJstables horses with enough speed and skill :)

  • Holy poop when I'm barrel racing and my horse ever did that to me after I got done with it it wouldn't be very happy

  • @imawsomeforever AS in you are going to hit it? Well it's your decision to barrel race. Don't take it out on your horse.

  • oof i'm always scared that they're gonna get stabbed in the torso by the saddle horn x.x

  • haha i told my friend that (the second wreck) was gunna happen to her and the next day we were riding my little sisters pony princess and she did that into a tree haha it was halarious she wasnt hurt bad just a chipped vertabra and some scrapes and bruises

  • Its amazing how bad some of these riders are! Most of them dont even know how to ride, sit in the saddle, and follow your horse!

  • If you think ridin' horses is easy the only riding you've ever done is sittin' on those ponies when you were 2 at the county fair. When your riding horses you gotta convince a 1500lb animal with extreme strength and a mind of it's own who could easily kill you to perform at the peak of perfection. As compared to a wooden board with some wheels underneath...last time I checked ridin' horses is in the olympics and wasn't ranked one of the deadliest sports for no reason.

  • I love barrel racing it is so fun!!

  • I love to laugh every time a city slicker says horseback riding isn't a sport or that it's the easiest sport ever. THIS IS REALITY!! I have never had a barrel racing accident, but my horse once jumped over the barrel, knocking it over and landing on it. He wasn't to happy doing barrels after that...lol

  • this shows how tough we are

  • cool video i luv it. You would not believe how many times i've replayed this song lol I'm a barrel Racer.

  • So stupid.

  • I LOVE the ending fall, I've fallen off so many times just like that... you just tryy and tryy and try to hold on, but you can't.

Also, a lot of these accidents are NASTY. And people aren't wearing helmets. Makes my stomach twist every time someone's head gets stepped on or something. I wouldn't like to be the girl in 0:33

  • @Nizingur thats a girl and her horse BEBE she had to have her face stitched back on :(

  • That fat dude was pathetic!!!!

  • a lot of these accidents where the horse slips is because the sand is to packed and they can't get there footing. and when they trip in the sand is because they have it to loose. before every show we got out and make sure the ground is good so none of this happens.

  • omg i barrel race, and these videos make me soo very thankful that my horse is old and wouldnt do that!

  • im a barrel racer and these are funny intell they happen 2 you..

  • 0:27 was on tv!!!!!!!!!!

  • purple113099 if I were u, and attended one of these clinics u have good right 2 b scarred. Find a GOOD TRAINER. Charmayne James has clinics, $500. 1st learn the ground work, get yourself fit, condition n learn some med stuff from your vet, b 4 going to the arena, n these kind of things won't happen w/a lil common sence.

  • @OKpenelopepony P.S. the 2 that stayed on their horse, look like they could horse back a bit, the others, need the same advise I just gave u.

  • u made me scared im a begginer barrel racer!! ahhhh

  • awsome video i love it one of my friends almost died form it she took the turn to fast by ACCIDENT and her horse fell right on her. but great video

  • 2 riders pulled through their issues, the rest, get off the horse, call someone that instructs riding lessons, then find a clinic. Rule 1, when your horse rears up, don't pull it's head back, you'll get what happened in this video.

  • som ppl wood hate ther horse if that ever happend. but wht if that diddent happen? they would love ther horse <3

  • Been there done that, got the TROPHY BUCKLES 2 prove it. Spent my childhood rodeoing, I would never torture someone n make them sit n watch it all day. Wanted 2 better my knowledge of horses, got into horseracing, now that's a REAL SPORT!!!

  • Longs no one gets hurt, I wish they'd create a barrel racing bronc riding sport. B-racing u hav 2 admit is pretty boring. U can't wager on it, n most of these ridiers wouldn't last through a getting out of the gate in a jock saddle.

  • lame comment. it is not a boring sport. have you ever tried it? they dont make barrel racing so other people can watch it, they make it for the person doing. it is the most exhilierhating thing ive ever done in my life.

  • Sweetie, you just described masturbating,.

  • Shows what person you are, considering i even SAID, the word barrel raacing in that phrase. Horse racing is exciting to watch yes, but, it is but more harsh on any horse then barrel racing. |:

  • Show's where u've been, fair meets I guess? My racehorses aren't stainding out in the cold, w/o blankets, w/o fans, w/o leg work, w/o bio scanners, & eating off some rotten round bale w/a 3" coat rubbing their tail because their owned by "COWBOYS/COWGIRLS." If you want to learn about horses, u got 2 go where people r mak'n a liv'n do'n it.

  • I will admit, I don't have a "bio scanner" but my horses arn't standing out in the cold without heavily padded blankets. in the summer, my horses arn't standing in their stalls without fans. i make sure my horses are completely well taken care of. barrrel racers can make a TON of money by doing what they love. so can jockeys. but do not insult me, because you have no clue how i treat my horses, and how dare you think that you do.

  • cowboys and cowgirls are some of the best at taking care of their horses. me and my uncle have our own farm and all we do is barrell race. i can promise you we got some of the prettiest horses you ever seen. yes thoroughbreds are beutiful too, but any horse can be. its all in how you take care of them. and cowboys and cowgirls are greatly capable of that thank you very much

  • i am starting barrel racing soon is it fun, hard etc? i just want to know and since you do that stuff maybe could you tell me

  • hey im begginer to dont worry you're not the only one!!

  • @purple113099 yea i still get nervous hearing about going into the gallop on a trail but i end up doing it lol

  • It takes alot of time and concentration, you can never say it's easy, nor can you say it's hard,it maybe be hard to some, but it's never easy. You gotta mulitask, but it is very fun.I've been barrel racing since I was three years old,it was tough to get started. You have to be sure to train your horse.Yet at the same time learn with your horse.Theres always a risk, but if you love it do it.Good Luck with your barrel racing (:

  • @theofficalmandrshow thanks for the advise

  • @OKpenelopepony wow i am a cowgirl and i take excellent care of my horses. and also i try to learn everything i can about horses. just wanting to point that out since you think that your the almighty know it all about horses just because your in the racing world.

  • Then y r u so defensive...

  • @OKpenelopepony just how you are saying that western people dont take care nor give a crap about our horses.........you could never be more wrong.

  • because we r so shocked that you'd say such a thing.Ever thought of that you're probably an Equestrain that don't know a thing about loving a horse

  • @OKpenelopepony You're right - prolly not many people can get out of the gate in a racing saddle. Why? Because they don't do that sort of racing. Sure, horse racing is exciting, but basically right now your saying barrel racing is boring because there's nothing to do with gambling in it.. If barrel racing's so broing, why waste your precious time by watching videos of it on Youtube?

  • Trapped in my house mending a ankle after a car accident. Watching a variety of horse related videos & since being back in Okla. after leaving in 86' to better my horse ed. got into racehorses, and that is where & when I realized how much I would have never learned just riding barrel horses & rodeoing. Even at PRCA level, the $ is so much less, as with the knowledge of 80% of the riders, they all think they know it all.

  • U gotto admit, no one wants to see anyone hurt, but barrelracing is a dreadfully boring sport, to see a lil saddle broncing makes it fun. I've been to a few of these things, these riders feed on having an after story to tell, an they love the attention.

  • the lady at 1:40 did good for not letting her horse buck, however I don't think trying to rip its jaw off was the best way to go either.

(ok maybe that was a bit dramatic but still lol)

  • yea it was the famous mare BB she has a tooth problem the lady had only survived from one word "whoa" she had over 20 surgries to repair her face she dont barrel race anymore.

  • 0:29 that video was on untamed and uncut i think

  • Yeah, and they came in way to fast around the barrels, they didnt even check.

  • Okay, some of the girls in this video are leaning waayyy too far, and that was their problem. They over-compensated, which wouldn't have happened if they were balanced correctly.

  • I know what these people feel like I barrel race all the time only had an accident happen 1 time but I'm also a vet so I see these all the time and know how to treat them

  • uuuuh sorry if you think that i meant it in an offensive way but everyone has fallen off. soooo once in a while you can laugh about your mistakes as have i fallen off twice as hard... soo yeah its like watching myself.... see i care... haha.

  • This. Soo funny I practically peed my pants hahaha just kidding!!!!! Awesome

  • @cburnside77 oh my gosh! how is this funny?/??

  • The one at 1:31 got steped on!!!

  • Wow..... I barrel race and hav neva eva had somein lik dat happen 2 ma!

  • at 0.33 i had something exactly like that happen to me except i was using a english saddle, i broke my pelvis in 2 places and had to have 3 surgeries on it. the doctor said that if i were using a western saddle i would have died.

  • Ok barrel horses are one of the smartest! If you have a well trained barrel horse they look for the barrel and they make a pocket to go around a barrel. But some people don't know anything about horses and write STUPID , UNEDUCATED comments!

  • hahaha. actually i had a barrel horse, just sold him. its fun, dont get me wrong. and im not saying these horses are stupid. they arent at all. no horse is. they all have something they are good at. but doing this for a while, all these barrel horses know is run like hell and turn. as soon as they see those barrels they go. and it is because they love them. but its not the thing for me. its fun to do every once in a while. but i dont like doing it any more competively. but thats just my opinion.
