Lot of mention about this bench angle. True it isn't 90 degrees but it well past the point where his pec's would be the primary muscles involved. I think this angle is stressing his delts. Plus dont forget training is about what works for you

@roberto347 yep its a "high incline bench", but from that angle the stress is still on the delts, very little on the upper chest, looks may be decieving.
@whosnexttt Ya this forsure is half and half on that angle. Still good weight for your size. I max 6 reps on incline with 120's and 6 reps on straight up seated dumbell shoulder presses. So both the anterior delt is getting punished on this one

@whosnexttt Correct, thank you. If anyone were to sit in that same bench you'd see you are almost perfectly straight up. But for the haters, I will film another video in a little while where I'm on the 90 degree bench, just had reconstructive surgery on my knee and getting back into it.
