ok i download the flood folder but i cannot open it up in psd

i have win 7 64bit

and if i copy the file in the right folder because my brushes work but none of the filter plugins work

do anybody know why

oh and i use cs5 64bit version

Why don't you just double the canvas height rather than create a document? There are many things you are not doing correctly.
