  • He needs to be free, into the wild, but will he survive?? he's been in captivity for so long will he be capable of protecting himself?? hopefully it is there nature its cruel for any animal to be kept in captivity at least for the ones that were in the wild then captured.

  • i think he should be freed or at least retired to a more open pin like she said. he needs bigger space and more room to be free, he is to large to be kept in those tanks!

  • Can i borrow some footage?

  • Free Tilly!!!

  • @gBaBbLeZ They cant, he wont be able to survive on his own in the wild.

  • well first of all its true that animals are kept in captivity alot and they should be let free, but how can you ever trust a whale like that ever again?????just even to bring it some where that would be hard!!!!

  • No need just money grabbing bastards

  • Does anyone know of Tilly got better?

  • This whale has every right to be angry.

I hate how people believe it is our duty to take care of the animals of the world. Animals get along just fine without us. They have for millions of years. They were here before us! We just need to learn to stay out of their environments, and their lives.

The dolphins in Japan? The ones that are NOT killed are shipped to places (sea world included) that train dolphins, and keep them in captivity. For what reason? Money.

    Get the facts straight people.

  • I'm all for animal rights and all, but has anyone actually done research on HSUS? They spend the majority of their money that they obtain on advertisements and payroll, not on helping animals. Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it's true. Go research it. If they're that concerned about how these animals are housed and treated, then spend less money on advertisements for your organization and actually spend that money to make a difference.

  • I know why they don't want him to go free, but they need to consider the lives of people. Tilicum is a wild animal even though trained he's trapped and he can't get out. He needs to go free. I know they lose alot but letting him go. But, there are other whales now they need to just let him go.

  • They should really let it free n let it go swimming free in it's own habitat!

  • They hunt together image having your family taken from u or u taken from them think how this wale feels it will feel the same way if he got taken from his family he will feel the same way

  • yes,,maybe this whale need its own habitat,,with its own nature surrounding,,its a killer whale anyway,,its a mistake for thinking it wont attack us,,it just its natural behavior,,set him free but still monitor him,,that will be the best way too

  • he definitely doesn't want to stay in that tank if he's killed 3 of his trainers... he should be rehabilitated back into the wild.

WHY DOES RAWTALKLIVE HAVE SO MANY THUMBS UP?

HELP ME TAKE THAT DUMB POST DOWN GUYS. GEESH.

  • @taliababe10 I agree :)

  • I agree.Set him free

  • @rawtalklive , why dont i captivate you inside a 12 foot diameter room thats 12 foot high and see how you like it , and let you out into 1 little bit bigger room each day for 10 minutes

does it sound fun ? , does it sound natural ?

  • shud let them go where they belong...in the sea

  • :(

  • Its called a KILLER WHALE people kk if the name doesnt give u enough info then ur stupid and these beautiful animals should be left alone

  • He was caught in the wild, no wonder he's angry about humans!!!!

  • I wouldn't want to be in my bath tub for my hole life

  • well she makes some good points

  • You dont take a wild animal thats the size of a bus and think its a pet.... stupid stupid people.... what do you expect

  • They are not talking about putting him straight back into the wild if you watch the video they are talking about a open sea pen! it's different he will get what he needs from the sea water and yet still be looked after and help him to be more wild the orca is under a large amount of stress how can he exercise when kept in a holding pen and only used in the show when needed he should be out there not kept in a cage! An animal that has killed I believe three people will always be treated with cru

  • its the whale's way of saying: "get me out this bitch!"

  • I want to work at seaworrd when Im older (: x

  • I want to work at seaward when Im older (: x

  • so sad

  • i hope the world ends ASAP.

  • my hope is evyrone to die... animals must be let Free & not make business with them .. thats why animal are increasing and i hope the world ends ASAP

  • the animal gets angry cause hes not in a huge swimming area.. return back to the sea, This required more space so this isnt suppost to be business. with animals.. and the trainers die`s bcuase they dont understand the animal fillings he wants to get out of there . why dont they get dolphin rather than killerwhale ..... The trainers will keep diying mroe & more until there is an end of this..

The animal dont fill well than take him out and bring other... at list... let him go.

  • I disagree with SeaWorld. They should have whales be free. Its a massive animal bulit to live in the MASSIVE ocean... There for it should not be kept in a "cage"

  • I am 50/50 on the captivity issue. I think that sea world can learn many things from these orcas and help stranded orcas to have a better chance of living. But at the same time they took him out of his home.

  • Example Flipper might have lived a tragically short life, because of his life, and him being in everyone’s living room, when it came to light that Dolphins were being caught in Tuna nets, people were outraged, and staged boycotts, that were successful.

So while Flippers life was short, but his life saved a generation of dolphins. SeaWorld helps millions connect with marine life, and the end result will be the salvation of the species.

  • I appreciate all the work Sea World has done for marine rescues and what not, but I think we should out grow the need to keep cetaceans locked in small tanks so people can see them upclose. The purpose of bringing them into captivity was to show the public that they're not killers (as they were feared to be before the 1970's before Ted Griffin).

  • If they are born in captivity they don't "miss" the ocean. Plus, they do not capture whales from the wild anymore. They are bred. All of you saying "PUT THEM BACK" are stupid. If we put them back, they would die. You would think you learned your lessons with Keiko. If you are that concerned with saving cetaceans, go protest the Japanese slaughters. Seaworld educates the public and takes care of these animals. As to why this death happened to the trainer. It's simple. "Tiger went tiger."

  • the person who is talking should stupid because if the let hin go in the wild he will die

  • the person who is talking should shut up because if the let hin go in the wild he will die

  • the person who is talking should shut up because if the let hin go in the wild he will die that is why the person who is talking should shut up

  • i went to see shamu in 2000 :) i was about 6 i was at disney land tho anyway she was such a good whale

  • just dont go watching these shows.

  • i doesnt even matter any more shamu died and im never going there again

  • I agree with her that it is wrong to have some animals in captivity, but it would not be better if they let him out into the great sea. For he is an adult male, but he has never Experience the wile open see. But in hope im wrong so they might release him. (Save Willy all over again)

  • If any of you remember Keiko? Free Willy? yeah they released him and then look what happened. You want to release the Orcas from SeaWorld? Your asking for the death of them. I have visited Seaworld Orlando where Tili lives, many times and i also purchased the 'Believe DVD'. It shows the whales backstage, and how the trainers care for them. Yeah, and they look very happy too me. They get all the fun in Seaworld, ice, toys, care. And a chance for people to see them upclose.

  • Intelligent perfection shouldn't be keept by arrogant and selfish human beeings in tiny pools to amuse even more stupid people.

  • I completely agree with her. It is wrong, it is stupid for people to say that the animal is fine when he really is not. It just shows how stupid we humans can be because when ANY animal is trying to tell us something we simply sit there and ignore it. It is morally wrong, and Sea World should definitely let him out in the wild where he belongs.

  • @ rawtalklive This person confronting seaworld isnt confronting all the seaworlds in the world so jus this little place keeping this awesome creature in the same small place its like keeping yourself at home all day! you will go crazy and sad , that isnt a healthy thing to do so i agree they should let this animal go! but yes its true tht most seaworlds are pretty awesome and take care of their animals well but jus remember there isnt one whole seaworld in all the world.

    ok?

  • everyone that is posting nasty comments get a grip because if these people didnt keep animals in captivity then some off them woud be extinct, keeping animaals in captivity is better than letting them die out and we would never get to see them or know about them or what they look like so dont like the videos then dont watch them.

  • @JodiiM7 hi, i understand where you are coming from, but you should look at it from another point of view, whales are not like cats and dogs, they are ment to be in the ocean, its "man" that thinks they should be captured "like slaves" and made to preform to an audience. yes some would die off but isnt that better then over populating the planet and stopping evoloution? i think its wrong and half the planet thinks its wrong, yet people still pay to wach! :/

  • @JodiiM7 i totally agree with you but in the case of intelligent animals which are not endangered i.e. the orca they should not be in captivity

  • So if a boy showed up and freed the whale we could make a movie called Free Tilly?

  • GOSH THAT WHALE NEEDS SOME MANNERS!:O

  • Okay look, SeaWorld is TERRIBLE! No living animal should be in captivity and has to be sad all the time. All the animals in SeaWorld are sad no matter how happy they seem. If the Killer Whales were in the wild, I am sure that they would not mind you swimming with them. They eat fish and seals, they will not hurt you, but when kept in a tank, they want to take revenge. They have feelings and the reason they don't attack often is either because they are scared or they know they will never be home.

  • @CoolParakeets Orcas actually eat everything. Literally.

  • Tilikum can't be released, just because the trainers drilled his teeth. Without his daily dental care, he would die within two weeks of an infection.

  • :( He's so unhappy. his dorsal fin is meant to be up.

This is why i don't got o place like this.

Whale meat is disguised as dolphin meat.

    Whales are beautiful!

Animals shouldn't be kept for our entertainment, they have their own lives!

  • I think that might be a good solution that Seaworld should consider. It's very clear that the trainers are scared to death of him and pretty much want nothing to do with him.

  • STUPID HSUS! LEAVE SEA WORLD ALONE... hate you stupid people.

  • Where's the tragedy, that wasn't funny at all!

  • lol

  • That is soo scary!:(

  • its sad that the dorsal fin is limp

  • This video is voicing her opinion where it is not needed. Tilikum is a 12,300lb whale for cry eye! If he did not want to do any of this, he wouldn't. And theres no way anyone could make him do it either. So give it up, SeaWorld won't consider anything. It's their whale. let him be.

  • @NascarSuxs He does the tricks the same way a dog obeys its master. Both are animals, but we are human. No matter how much bigger that whale is than us, it will obey a human if taught because it's an animal and that is all it knows. Humans are the only threat to orcas. I agree with you that Seaworld won't consider anything right now, and that's very sad.

  • @NascarSuxs Can you own a whale?

  • @Seafret1412 not sure, but it would cost hundreds of thousands, if not millions.

  • the tragedy in first place was killing the animal freedon and locking him up, to entertain others, if i were the ´´whale´´ or should i say, ork, i would kill mucht more.

  • suit urself if u work with imprisoned animals like that. But still, i think it would be awesome to visit sea world. But suit urself...

  • I agree with chelseafcrox!

  • I refuse to show sympathy for trainers! Trainers can leave after work, go home, be with their families, go have a good time, have sex, sleep then return to work! Orcas are serving a life sentence in solitary confinement, being milked for their sperm, and inserted into a stranger whales. I regret being a human and asociated to other humans! HUMANS Definition: A being, known to use other means or progress for selfish pleasures and desires, often mislead into beleaving nature needs help!

  • screw seaworld. they'll never get a dime from me.

  • seriously can you read the whales mind, have you talked with it lol, humane society people sometimes are retarded. For all you know this whale doesnt give a shit and is completely content and loves the attention. Quit your bitching and focus on real issues.

  • Whales are the only animal that I can't stand seeing in captivity. Especially for entertainment purposes.

  • Give me a break. Why don't the people who don't like captive animals at SeaWorld spend your time worrying about the hundreds of whales and dolphins killed by the japanese each year. SeaWorld you have my support and you do such a wonderful job in caring for all animals

  • @rawtalklive In captivity they often develop pathologies, such as the dorsal fin collapse seen in 60–90% of captive males. Captives have vastly reduced life expectancies, on average only living into their 20s. In the wild, females who survive infancy live 50 years on average, and up to 70–80 years in rare cases. Wild males who survive infancy live 30 years on average, and up to 50–60 years. Anti-whaling governments and groups have strongly opposed Japan's whaling program. Need I continue?

  • @rawtalklive i agree we should be more worried about whales and dolphins that are brutley killed watch and support whale wars by the way and we are more worried about a healthy killer whale at seaworld.

  • @rawtalklive You are so right.

  • @rawtalklive I agree that the Japanese slaughter is disgusting and definitely a big issue, but it does NOT justify these marine parks. As much as SeaWorld claims they care for their animals and they're happy, try looking at it from the whale's perspective. Imagine you are taken from this world, where you have freedom and personal rights, and suddenly enslaved to perform for the entertainment of hundreds of individuals and kept in a somewhat large cage the rest of your life. Would you be happy?

  • @rawtalklive The person confronting this park isnt confronting all the Seaworlds in the world! just this one park tht took this awesome creature and kept it there! Its like keppeing yourself inside your house for years to come without going outside , obviously you will go crazy and sad! and tht isnt a very healthy thing... So yes i agree tht they should let this animal go now! and yea most seaworlds take good care of their animals but just remember that theres more than one seaworld.

  • @rawtalklive its cause these places are the easiest and less riskiest to target.

  • @rawtalklive That is of course another thing to be shocked at but so is this. Just because you name another atrocious hapening because of humans doesn't mean that this happening, the purposeful imprisonment of these beautiful whales and dolphins, should go unnoticed and ignored. SeaWorld makes me laugh because it is so very vulgar. We should let these beautiful animals live freely; swimming, breeding, eating, journeying across the world. Free. No humans. Anything other than this is selfish.

  • @rawtalklive Do you know that places like SeaWorld is part of what fuels the killings in Japan? I'm sure you understand supply and demand.

  • @rawtalklive you need to read a book or turn your telly off or something dude. wow

  • @rawtalklive Dude there not house pets there big wild animals dont you see when somethings not right? This thing keeps killing people if you dont care about the animals at least care about the people how many more people is that orca gonna kill before you agree it needs to go? You cant say you appreaciate an animal an show it by cageing an animal there not there for mans amusment there not toys there live living creatures man. Would you want to be caged for the rest of your life?

  • ... most animals will not breed if they are under stress or unhappy. this is so in domestic animals like rabbits etc but also even more so true in wild animals that can not be fully tamed.

  • i love killer whales but the thing is whales are ment ot be in the ocean not in a tank because ive done a report on them and killerwhales can be dangerous at times i feel bad 4 the whale and the trainer family but umderstand whales can be dangerous at times but dont put the whale down just put it back in the ocean.

WHALE BELONG IN THE BIG BLUE SEA!!!

take the whale home back to his family. dont keep him their 4 ur personal entertainment

WHALE BELONG IN THE BIG BLUE SEA

  • Is'nt It Ovbious He Wants To Goo Homee Look At His Fin He Just Looks Soooooooooo Sad :'(

  • seriously your all making it sound as if Tilikum hates it there! whales and dolphins LOVE human contact and tilikum does get that but in a diffrent way from all the other whales because he is classed as a dangerous orca.Tilikum would DIE in the ocean he wont be able to hunt! and if tilikum gets ill seaworld helps him get better thats why he has surived to be 30 year old.So dont say seaworld dont care about him and all this because they do and you all need to get your facts right about Tilikum.

  • @bethanykayla

You're ignorant and you don't know it yet. Check out the documentary "The Cove". It changes your opinion, guaranteed.

  • ok i watched The Cove and Blood Dolphin and i yeah i feel sorry for the dolphins. I even cried but think about it. It is a different country not the USA. Tilikum is in the USA and really its Seaworld they have doctors for the animals to make sure nothing bad happens to them.

  • @katiebath2011 so if we put u in a tank, feed u keep alive.. youre happy? Jail is about the same concept. It is not, the psysical state, its a mental state this is about. We do not, OWN animals..

  • @MsKhallas guess what people in jail have alot better life then the whales and the homeless people. so really the whales have a good life.

  • @bethanykayla Tilikum at this stage gets NO human contact. The triners wash him down 6ft away and threw his fish to him. He swims around in an isolated tank. Would you like to live in solitary confinement? At this moment I think Tilikum is praying that someone would actually shoot him. A lot of Orca's acctually do commit suicide in captivity.

  • Stop trying to be a hippy and move on. SeaWorlds parks does a great job with the whales. Yes they are in a tank but think about it. You have dog wardens that have dogs in cages and people dont try to help them out. but when a trainer gets killed. OMG!!!! we have to save the whales!!!! ok OrcaMelody is right if you let a killer whale out its going to die regardless. So what would you want a killer whale alive or dead? take your pick

  • tilikum is sad! Notice how the free orcas have there dosal fin's straight up iin the air while tilikum's is bending over :( STOP TRYING TO TAME ORCAS!

  • Just so everyone knows, Tilly is taken care of very well and interacts with humans and other whales everyday. SeaWorld would never put an animal down, and they'd fight non-stop is OSHA tried to tell they had to. And Tilly will be returning to the shows, we don't know when yet, but he will be.

  • @cakerbaker31 Could someone please take a video of all this interction Tilly is doing with humans and other whales, because I keep hearing about it but I want to see it. Surely with the amount of hours he is doing all this interaction, we can at least see 10 minutes of it? Seeing is believing!

  • i agree, a giant inteligant mammal stook in this disgusting fish tank!! its attrotious, i feel physically sick!!! humans are the most dangorous creture on this planet coz we make all the desitions! so stop putting our beautiful wildlife in captivity!!! and everyone wonders why they attack humans?? look what we do to them :(

  • @nikinace1 I hope you've learned to spell in the last five months..

  • @nikinace1 it's funny because you can't spell...

  • @nikinace1 ur right !! and anyway if seaworld claim to be so gd with animals wat they need to do is but a MUCH bigger tank and get him a friend and in the wild killer whales dont kill humans infact theyre friends with us !!! but in captivity all the ppl who take them in care about is money !!!!!!!! y did ppl let this happen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the only reasons we have places like zoos and water parks is MEANT to b if an animal cant get nature to help it then humans will take them in !!

  • These highly intelligent, social beings experience extreme stress and suffering when put on display in small tanks, with some being forced to perform in shows for the public's amusement.

  • JUST LET THEM ALL GO THEY DONT BELONG THERE!

  • Set him free!

  • FREE WILLY FREE WILLY!!!!

  • i think the whale should have been put down along time ago or released hes so stressed . I love animals but after killing THREE people he should have been put down or realesed after the first or not have been in the show its such a tragedy. i hate how they keep animals in small spacies. they should put a chip on him let him go but keep a close eye on him

  • i think the whale should have been put down along time ago . I love animals but after killing THREE people he should have been put down after the first or not have been in the show its such a tragedy.

  • yes. people have to stop trying to be friends with everything

  • I love that people care about the him, but if Tilly is released, there would be untold reprecussions that most don't comprehend. Keiko found boats and allowed people to swim with him, seeking humans. He was never really free. He always returned to his sea pen, many times emaciated and dehydrated. He chose to remain captive. He died there, in human care. If people jumped in the water with Tillikum, we know what would happen, it would be disasterous. Tilly has a family at SW. Let him stay.

  • @OrcaMelody Keiko swam from the Westman Islands in Iceland to Norway where he died

  • I hate sea world.. and Zoo's! I am a straight Hater!!!! Hate Hate Hate! all up in Sea Worlds mouth!

  • They arent gonna put him down. They are going to be using many more precautions with him. For all those people who didnt know what was gonna happen to tillikum, they are not going to put him down. If he kills one more person 4th person they will put him down. But they are using more precautions now

  • @4the0rcas In MLC they did a big memorial to all their dead killer whales, and seem to be attempting to stick to dolphins and belugas. But you're right, the poor creatures were sentenced to death when they were captured.

  • I used to believe captive killer whales was an okay practice, but after watch Lolita; SLave to entertainment, I realize these animals aren't volunteers to perform. They were chased, locked up, and some were even drowned for misbehaving. This has to stop NOW. Afte rall these whales die, ceatceans should be retired to the oceans for life. Maybe having a special whale bay tourist attraction could be more humane, but these pens need to be abolished, and the whales freed.

  • How old would Tilikum be then? If he's getting old, they need to at least set him free for the last few years of his life. Because that's where he BELONGS! He's heartbroken and depressed! :'(

  • I watched the trainer killing videos and thought, he probably loves her and she's dressed like an orca. how frustrating to follow her around the pool catching a glimpse of her here and there and then she disappears for long stretches and he can't find her and then she is sudden back. How horribly frustrating for a living breathing feeling creature.

  • I remember seeing Tilikum in 1997 at SeaWorld Orlando. After the show we lingered by the main tank and watched him close up. He was so incredibly stressed his eyes were swollen and his mouth was taught. I have worked with animals all my life and I have a degree in animal behavior. I was so disgusted and haunted by his stress, I walked off and demanded that we leave if I gave my opinion Seaworld wouldn't care. These animals have been known to commit suicide in captivity. It is time to stop.

  • As much as zoo's and such can be educational and fascinating It has been proven again and again that these animals belong in the wild. There are special circumstances such as if the animal has been orphaned and cannot survive on It's own, but as much as I've enjoyed zoo's in my life It'd be better if man had never kept wild animals in captivity.

  • I feel this whale belongs in the ocean not in a tank, it must feel like prison for the animal. Place Tillikum back in the ocean where he belongs before he kills another trainer.

  • Place Tillikum back in the ocean before he kills another trainer.

  • Place Tillikum back in the ocean before he kills someone else.

  • They better not put the whale down. They should do what this lady is suggesting. Maybe they should try to reintroduce him to the wild.

  • Poor baby.

I've said it before, and I will say it again. NO ONE IS AT FAULT HERE

The SeaWorld facilities are amazing, and they were and are taking the best care of Tilikum possible. Everyone is hating on SW, but really they need to take a step back and see that living at SeaWorld is better then eating fish that has been poisoned by toxic oil spreading through the gulf.

  • Hell yeah let him go he has paid his dues ! If Sea World claims to care about the whales lets see them release this whale to a semi open ocean pin. So he can for once reach full speed in open water & hunt like whales are suppose to do !

  • I agree. Do we have any update on this?

  • He would die in the ocean.

He has been in captivity since he was one.

He has children and grandchildren at Seaworld Orlando.

Why would you want to remove him from his POD?

  • I think people who want to set him free, versus people who want to kill him...

    Have the SAME goal.

Basically, you set him free he dies. You kill him, he dies.

You keep him...he at least can live.

  • He can't renturn to the wild, he won't survive. He has familly at SeaWorld and sorry but we don't know how they really think about their life there and if you see him playing with the trainers, toys and other whales, he looks happy.

I feel sorry about Keiko. He suffered soo much and was alone (no other orcsa with them. About humans, they were with him) when they let him free.

  • 4theorcas: obviously not on t.v. How many ppl die in the ghettos every day? How many get memorials? Those whales get more than the ppl struggling in places like the ghettos. If tilikum were unhappy, like this lady THINKS (like she's somebody who can tell us what he was thinking and is thinking) than tilly would not under any circumstances perform, even for fish, he would just not eat. And when an orca or any whale for tht matter would beach himself, tilikum would be dead

  • i like the sea pen idea maybe they should do that to all the orcas at seaworld and dolphins and belugas so they can get used to being back in the ocean where there real home is so set him free would you like to be stuck in a tank most of your life ???

  • Look at It dorsal Fin !!! It is slowly dying!

  • this is slavery, plan and simple... Greenpeace, The Humane Society of the United States, and Sea Shepherd need to do more in prevent more whales, and dolphins from being put into this slavery and to do more in getting the ones already in, out to put into preserves... I understand this will shut Sea World down, but shutting down Sea World would also help shut down the saluter of dolphins in Japan which is funded by a non profit arm of Sea World... :-(

  • the whale should b put back in the ocean

  • You can never tame a wild animal. A wild animal will always be a wild animal! You never know when they will strike at ya!

  • @TamilianPonnu explain dogs and cats lol

  • @darkaura12

Dogs and cats aren't indigenous, wild species you idiot, they are bred domestically. We don't capture cats and dogs from the mountains. Whales are taken from their environments to entertain fat people that still aren't impressed.

  • i feel bad for both parties. i love animals, i dont belive in captivity. but we do need to save breeds from being killed from hunting, deforestation, pollution, and etc. And being saved for the future.

  • I totally agree let him free. Praying for the family that lost there mom to killer whale that has way too much stress being in a small tank. Hate to see the whale do it to another person so "Set The Whale Free"

  • Nobody seems to consider, most of seaworlds "Captive" animals are those who were rescued and unable to be returned to the wild, or are descendents of those.

  • tilly cant survive without a pod he can die so plz keep him in seaworld :3

  • When there free Tillikum now,

he would die. This what the peoples forget.

  • I can't agree more! This is sad.

  • I know whales are different like people, but didn't the whale who played in Free Willy(keiko?), be set back into the wild?

  • i agree with this vid but if you ask me if humans never put these orcas in this small tanks then this mess would of never happand =/

    But people just dont think

  • retire him, i think he deserves it!!!!! it very easy to blame the animal. human took him away from he s herd. so the ones who catch him many years ago, are responsible for the death of his trainer!!!!!! give him a nice space in a open sea "tank" !!!!!!

  • yes! thank you! that's what i've been saying. that something is wrong. you can't ignore three deaths. 'he's clearly not fine with the situation!'

  • Poor Tilly, he's CLEARLY unhappy. How many trainers is he gonna kill before these people realize that this is one whale that shouldn't be used for entertainment?Apparently, he's killed before and yet people have learned NOTHING from this experience. My heart goes out to him. He belongs in a santurary.

  • i wish he could go to the wild, but he wouldnt be able to survive. think about it...he is used to being fed and if he was let out he wouldnt have the skills to look for fish. but also at 1:44 that breaks my heart. he doesnt get to move around lots. i hope they realize he needs to be set free. but also think about it... you've been to the zoo right? well theyre doing exactly what SeaWorld is doing to Tillikum...keeping animals for show..... think about that!

  • this is so sad they should put the whale to sleep or set it free no animal should be kept in captivity for such a long time and plus if the whale has attackes 3 times that has to mean sumthing i mean like its letting the humans now that it wants to be set free and that why it attacks...any animal that attacks is just trying to communicate with us humans into leting us now sumthing..poor dawn brancheau may she rest in peace ...

  • I would only keep wild animals in captivaty if they were seriously injured like if they only had 1 eye or somtin.

But keeping them in is wrong!

  • May anyone tell me more of these big fishes. Where may I catch one? Artificial lure or live bait which is best? What is worlds record?

  • yeah leave the animals alone for godsakes they need to be in there own enviroment

  • @4the0rcas You're completely right. We should give our fellow vertebrates the respect they deserve.

  • poor thing. i just hope they dont euthanize him. :(

  • Just let the whale go.

  • What part of KILLER-WHALE do they not understand!!!!

  • Keeping an orca in such cramped conditions is so cruel. Do we need places like Seaworld and Zoos when we have great wild life programmes on TV to see how they live naturally?
