This is true. I don`t like kobe as much as lebron but I admit that this was the best individual performance ever. Wilt wasn`t even trying to score. That season he played 48.5 minutes per game (which means that he never sat on the bench and he never fouled out of the game! Just imagine how easy he was stopping his opponenets at defense). Also he had 50 PPG and 25 RPG, which is the proof that he was playing like a today nba player does with his kids. Yes he had a serious advantage against everyone

I don't know about this training program you mentioned. But I was once on a program called Air Alert that Baron Davis and Larry Hughes were promoting. It increased my leaping ability by at least 12 inches in 2 weeks since it made my quads stronger and made me use muscles I had never used for jumpting before. But the down side is that it can really take a toll on your knees and so on. Take care and God bless!
