a bluish tint is the natural color of natural (outdoor) light. You could try using a light (which is a more warmer tone) to counteract the extreme amounts of blue...especially a light just on you... or you could just throw on a warm color filter...if you have software to do so...

a bit late, but your webcam auto white balances depending on the lighting, and you probably had your indoor lights on. when that happens the webcam white balances to your indoor lighting which is an orange shade, and makes the outdoor lighting appear blue. it has to do with color temperature. i already know i'm a geek, hope it helps you though.
