make sure you do your research on Dahn Yoga before you attend a class or visit ANY center. A lawsuit was rectly filed against the entire practice...it is a CULT. I am a former member and experienced my fair share of excessive brain washing and spent large amounts of money. It looks like yoga but its NOT. PLEASE do research before you attend!
