  • hi

  • were can you buy these insulated winding wires locally in the US?

  • @LTF85199 Radio shack sells it as "magnet wire." I have used it before. There are only 3 gauges they offer in store so I often have used the thinnest gauge wrapped with 2 or 3 strands at a time to achieve the desired performance.

  • @Kurpalac Actually I found some at Frys in different gauges .. thanks to you, I didn't even know it was possible to repair like this without some kind of winding machine.... I had broken one of the phases in my motor in a crash, and I thought It was done, it was one of my favorite motor. Thank you again brother...

  • nice VIDEO I learned some thing from video.... know what to use to put the damn small e clips back on with curved needle nose plyers : 0

  • Good job.. remember guys when you are working with coil connector or ending when you scrap the wires make sure you not only retire the slips but also the varnish from the wire giving you a good contract. At the end wash whiping with Acetone or alcohol and simply sold. :) cheers

  • how much volts does it use to get the speed of that in the video?

  • @robotpredator8 that spinning power is very low, its like a 2200kv 240w brushless motor with a 2 cell lipo battey (7.4 volts)

  • thank you thats great but the hot air better tahn lighter :)

  • Nice Tutorial on CCDR Single! Do you have any idea what's a good wind on a CCDR "Baby Bullet"?

  • I really would love to undestand what shorting is, I STILL DONT GET IT?

  • Shorting basically means it is making contact where it isn't supposed to.

  • You know...in nearly 30 years of soldering, I never thought to mount the iron in a vice or clamp. I've struggled for years, mounting the connector or wire with a "third hand" and always ended up burning my fingers time and time again.

    Thanks for the idea!

  • Ok,,,it's a great vid. Can I ask u ques while I make it? I've never made so.

  • what are brushes..

  • brushes are 2 or more pieces of metal on normal dc motors that connect to the shaft.

  • kk ty :D

  • where do i get one like that but 12/1 scale.i need that pancake type of brushless motor now goddamnit.where do i find the plans and the specification on how to 12x that size?and it's not for a big airplane,it to take over the world.

  • not bad

  • why does it have 3 wires?

  • It is a 3 phase motor in Y configuration.

Visualize the extensions of a capital letter Y. A phase winding is placed between each extension of the letter Y for a total of three windings which now look triangular.

The extensions of the Y are now your three lead wires.

    Google 3 phase Y configuration

  • wowowowowowowowowo slow down im not that good on electic stuff i dont know what that means lol.

  • put it on the air no just show how sounds
