technically yes. You just need to buy an adapter cable to connect your guitar to the line input of the kaoss pad. But I guess sound would be better if you connect kaoss pad AFTER the main guitar processing (preamp, guitar processor, etc.). If you have send-return on your amp this is also good.
@LoganMRUN it is especially important to connect KP after the guitar processing if you are going to use distorted channel of the amp. Otherwise amp distortion will distort also effects of KP. But you can also experiment with it according to the "It's not a bug it's a feature" philosophy =)
