Okay first, I JUST LOVE TESLA and the idea of those two together!! Second I hate how she moves away when he wants to touch her and she's like frightened. Third before this scene, he got a kiss out of her awww, and after this scene he pretty much wanted to kill her. Saved by none other than Johnny Druitt. :3.... ah so messed up.. BUT I LOVEE HIS GRINN! And whenever he's in an episode it's the funniest thing ever.

Oh thanks for posting this!! I love him , he is my favorite character on the show. I love it when he is in a episode. I loved him when he did that little dracula voice at the begging,he is a little devil , but a sexy devil and I would do him. thanks for posting.

After seeing their continued interactions for the past few seasons, I honestly do believe he loves her. He just has a frakked up way of showing it. Tesla is a smug, self-absorbed bastard, but I don't believe he would do anything to intentionally hurt Helen.

And isn't his grin just adorable? XD

The "guh!" worthy moment is when she asks him "You're serious aren't you?" and his grin slowly fades away......DAMN!

First he says he loves her, then he tries to kill her in a later scene. Sheesh. That always annoyed me about this episode and made me completely NOT trust that character, as amusing as he's been in season 3.

Also, he wants to take over the world.

That does not for one minute make me not believe he really does love her.

xD I love it when she just looks exasperated and tells him to get down. Like he's a five year old that managed to climb onto the kitchen worktop to get at the cookie jar instead of being pinned to a wall with shrapnel through his heart.

I saw her expression more as "That statement was so unexpected that even I, the unflappable Helen Magnus, am simply unable to process it. Does not compute, does not compute." At first I wondered how someone so astute could have missed his attraction to her, but I suppose because Tesla uses glibness and superficial charm as his favorite defense mechanism, she assumed his flirtations were shallow and meaningless.
