Your boat is beautiful! I am building a wooden boat about the same size. I would really like to know what kind of plywoods you used on the deck. Are they different light and darker plywoods or was the shade difference done with stain? Thank you. Don
why does your build look different from the study plans? I have also found another very well documented build on line and that one looks like the study plans. I personally think yours looks better. Could you please explain..Thanks and what a great job on this build
i have a 1987 switzer craft 21 foot with a 350 mag inboard outboard i just got it for free it is my first switzer of 9 boat and i cant find any thing about it i know that the mother fucker flys though.... message me if u have one or no about them
I dont know the actual weight but its pretty lite with out the motor...maybe 200 lbs.I need to do another video with the prop and exhaust mods that I have done, its running pretty good now.Rick
Its the bracket with 3 holes in it mounted on the front of the engine,I used a zero feed back cable, do a search for switzer Bullet and you will find where to buy the plans.
My Mercury 65 hp is a 1967 with a 1958 Mercury Mark 55 midsection, lower unit and a 1991 Mercury 50 hp clamp assembly with power trim, the original was to heavy and big for the boat,BTW I purchased plans for the boat from a mate that lives in Australia.
Gday Mate, another aussie here! I have to give proper respect, what an amazing bit of craftmanship, i would love to undertake something similar where i build it over a few years in spare time to releive the stresses of life, maybe i should ask you for details on how to get hold of the plans for something similar, you have inspired me!
Check out my 65hp 1964 merc same colour as the one in this vid. I'm in Melbourne Australia and painted it about 8 years ago. What's the story on yours? Regards DD
Very nice!
