I have Paul the Perv. He lives diagnally from me and is soooooo creepy! I never thought that someone could talk about absolutely nothing for hours on end. Whilst trying to be polite one day I helped him move some beer into his room and he showed me the camera that he has facing my house... It's to 'protect the cars from being broken into.' I avoid him as much as possible and I havent opened my shutters in the front of the house sence then......

My neighbor, P the perv (Pete), stops by at 4am drunk and hits on my roomate.

The last time it happened I had to kick him out. He stopped by another night and I yelled through the door "Go the Fuck Away!" It worked pretty good, I haven't seen him since. :)

Just give him a beer bottle because you want to be nice and tell him not to open it until he gets home, and rig it so that when he does open the bottle it will ignite the gasoline inside and blow him to bits. Or just become the needy neighbor yourself.

no didnt work with him, you could scream in his face and he would be back the next day. in an appartment building you arent very far from your neighbors.
