  • @Ghost2142100 Let me ask you, was it a privately owned Sukhoi SU-27 or did you fly it in an air force? If so, what country's air force?

  • The pure excitement from him doing a roll was great! Every man in the world deserves something as fun as that!

  • @Ghost2142100 Cool story bro. tell it again

  • Lol

  • mwaaaahahahahahaahaaaaaaaaaaa barf bitch barf

  • 0:48

    BLAAAARGHHH!!!!

  • 0:37 - 0:45 G orgasm lol

  • poor old man

  • LoL. I love Top Gear. The F-15 is like the Ferrari of airplanes lookswise. I wonder if the RAF will get him up in one of their new Typhoons? Definitely gonna hurl with the stomach churning abilities of that plane.

  • @kwmkc13 its not the aircraft, its the human.. an F-16c can pull over 30 g's but a human can only handle 9 to 12... over that you die or get badly injured, truth is aircraft are all limited be us, even if one pulls more g's then the other.. Fly by wire keeps pilot alive

Then again make it remote control and your probably right... but your compairing a really old aircraft to a fairy newer one.. I'd think it should win or aircraft are going backwards in technology lol

  • @Me102288 LOL I am sorry, but you are talking utter nonsense. 30g would tear the wings of an F-16 clean off. They can manage about 10g, 12g at a push, but then you're in dangerous territory. Fly-By-Wire does not keep pilots alive; its an electronic feedback system designed to keep aircraft in a state of stability whilst being unstable at the pilots command. Its for maneuverability.

  • @onetrickhorse your sorry, lol you work on f16's or fly them? Its sound to 30g's like most lightweight fighters

  • @Me102288 And yes, I work for Rolls-Royce. I design aircraft engines. I know a thing or two about aircraft, and how they work. Would you like me to prove it to you? I can send you the relevant equations and parameters. You can see for yourself.

  • @onetrickhorse oh cool, Best to engines I seen come outta there was the Merlin and the Pegesis? spelling? hmm.

hehe P51 came out wth that damned Alison, the Merlin made it one of the best with the p51d. Grandfather was a fitter/armourer , he was there when the fit it for the first test run. Musta been a joy to work on

  • @onetrickhorse oh, ps, the fly by wire system stops the pilot from yanking on the stick and breaking his neck... hence why the aircraft can spin faster then the fly by wire system lets it. Yes it helps stabalize flight too.

The f-117 rellies on it to fly, lol, without it, it woundn't even get off the ground.

  • @Me102288 No, its primary function is to provide the pilot with stability in an unstable aircraft. Modern aircraft are designed to be aerodynamically unstable, with fly-by-wire constantly adjusting the control surfaces to keep the plane stable. The F-117 does have it indeed, as does the Typhoon, the B-2, and a whole host of other modern aircraft. The pilots neck is not much to do with it; the plane will do what the pilot wants, fly-by-wire wont dictate whats survivable. Seriously, google it.

  • @onetrickhorse ha, lookup how many million instruction it send to the flight control system. It cant fly without it.

everything is at an angle that radar bounces off in another direction... hence stealth. It dousn't even have a proper wing airfoil. Hence it requires thousands of imputs a second to keep it stable enough to fly. That means without it a human cant fly it, do u understand thats why the few that have crashed, one in some guys backyard at an airshow :-\ .. the system failed

  • @Me102288 LOL I know how it works. And what aircraft are you talking about regardig stealth? If it's the F-16, it's not designed with stealth in mind. And yes, it does have an aerofoil, otherwise how does it take off? How do you generate the pressure differential without an aerofoil? You clearly need to do some reading on aircraft. At least you've finally agreed what fly-by-wire is. You're arguing a point I'm not even sure of.

  • @onetrickhorse heres a good question for you then.. how do you thing a dragonfly does it WITHOUT an airfoil..

think about how many adjustments per second they have to make to remain in the air..

ever try balancing a sphere on a needle? be waiting for your explaination

  • @Me102288 Dragonfly wings DO have aerofoils. Here's the proof, just delete the spaces:

    h t t p : / / j e b . b i o l o g i s t s . o r g / c o n t e n t / 2 0 3 / 2 0 / 3 1 2 5 . full. p d f

Seriously, if you are going to keep arguing, then at least do some bloody research first. Amatuer.

  • @onetrickhorse really, goodf, now how many adjustments per second does it have to make to remain in the air... then look how many a human could POSSIBLY DO...

Are you a pilot, Have you ever designed any flying aircraft?

  • @Me102288 The one that crashes was not an F-16. It was an F-117 Nighthawk " stealth fighter ".... Even though its not a fighter.....

  • @onetrickhorse In other worlds, helps make adjustments to keep the aircraft flying.. aka without it it would not get off the ground simply because the pilot cant make that many adjustments.. sorry man, but I asked one of the pilots here.. the f117's that crash are 99.99% computer failure... what happens when it fails, the aircraft falls out of the sky. :-\ sad we didnt need computers 50 years ago..

  • @kwmkc13 never seen a sr71? for looks it makes a f15 (which is decomishioned now for the f22 series)

the Typhoon is cool looking but a pretty old aircraft :-\ stomach turning? In anything that pulls more then 6g's lol its not the plane doing it, its the gravity.

  • @MegaMnguyen pilot should of pulled some negative G's when Clarkson was pukin.. All into his face.. Lmao...

  • he has the best job in the whole wide world!!!

  • Do a barrel roll!

  • pull it ova now, gotta vom

  • Even me, a 13 yr old girl is jealous..... I SERIOUSLY WANNA TRY THAT!!! I've flown one real airplane before..... for 1 hour.... (that was so damn fun, I wanna be a pilot now)

  • @iNinja85 You want to be sick in an F15? :D

  • @SilentTalent Yeep pretty much, should be fun fun funnn!!! Lol!

  • Yuck.

  • serves u ryt clarkson.hahaha u fat bastard

  • What do you have to say about American engineering now Clarkson?

  • @Greendude33

    still shit at making cars

  • @michiel20 Nowadays we are... Back before the 80's we made tough, reliable cars and trucks that would see you through a shit storm...

  • @Greendude33 "blargggggggghhhhhhhhalsdkjbl;kjql;karl;kghajshdkljfhakljdfhlkjdhl"

  • @Greendude33

Lol, the majority of the tech going into the american crap planes was stolen from the Russians...

Americans can't do shit, except for being fat.

  • @rock3tcat You sound like an ignorant 12 year old basement warrior shut up kid before you embarass yourself further...

The Russians stole all their tech through spies during the Cold War, from rocket/ jet engines to nuclear technology in 1949. Russian planes are inferior to American planes and the combat record of the F15 is a testament to that fact.

PS Yes America is so fat huh? So much so that we are the all time winningest country in Olympic history.

  • @rock3tcat

That's like me telling you France is full of a bunch of weak, pussies.

  • @Greendude33 that it makes him puke

  • The big fat brit couldn't hang

  • hahahahahahahahha vomit!!! what the fuck

  • im extremely jealous right now...

  • omg i love fighter jets and he's the one flying it

  • tell me a person that can get in a figher exept jeremy???????dammm some people are so lucky

  • @GeorgeChucher gordon ramsay ;)

  • THIS GUY IS SO LUCKY DUDE

  • I usually hate it and puke when someone else has the stick. In an aircraft , in a boat and in a car. I get green in the face. Then they say I look green in the face. Then I say fuck you and SCREAMS at them GIVE ME THE STICK !!!!!! Once I have control there is no more need to puke. MANY people can avoid puking when I have the stick. But I can not avoid puking when someone else has the stick.

  • See the full 10 minute's of his briefing and flight here....

    watch?v=KwTXPQfGCpQ

    Oh, and this isn't spam!!

  • Jeremy's curly fringe coming out of his helmet is kinda cute

  • I wish they would eject Jeremy and hopeful the seat would lack a parachute....

  • is this USAF? or royal air force?

  • @donzaliko USAF!

  • The Eurofighter will destroy this shit.

  • @JJFP1 LOL! Yeah right. The F-15 is faster, flies higher, and has greater range. Also has a better radar. The F-22 could wipe it's ass with your second rate Eurofighter.

  • Someone forgot to tell him to skip lunch before going up in an F-15.

  • he coldnt even remian standing after getting out of it. i doubt any of us would be able to after our first flight or the short period of training this guy had. Think about the strongest gforce fairground ride you have ever been on as a kid and felt unwell after getting off and just imagine what you would feel like after the first ride on this. You cannot say that flying one of these must feel nice physically. puking up ten times is not considered healthy

  • such a beastly aircraft, looks like a monster in the sky

  • f-15 will alwase be number 1 in the usa it looks clean looks sexy. No other aircraft was brought down the f-15 yet. f-15 Vertical takeoff record. Speed records. The f-15 has 104 kills no loses amazing. Saudi arabia isreal and japan also have the f-15 because of its agilty and most off all sucess rates. But soz not quite the best aircraft of all time. Mustang and spitfire are the best alwase will be.

  • Many countries that are up sizing their armed forces either buy the F-15, F-16 or are on the wait list for the F-35.

  • @TheFighterpilot93 Completly agree, specially regarding the spitfire and mustang, but we do have to recognice the mig 25 and the Su-37 what do you think?

  • @TheFighterpilot93 Completly agree, specially regarding the spitfire and mustang, but we do have to recognice the mig 25 and the Su-37 what do you think?

  • @yalahala Yes the SU-37 can probs beat the f-15 In combat but we havnt yet to see an f-15 vs SU-37 yet. Even if there was a dogfight between the russians and the americans i think the news will be kept quiet. And TBH the russians havnt got nothing over the chinese. The chinese take russia on anyday remember they have the f-2 and the j-35. And im sure there hiding weapons of mass destruction which is bad news for probably bad news for every single human on this planet. look what the japs did.

  • @TheFighterpilot93 fanboy...

  • @ePicPrOGaMeR12345 Yeah and i probs know more than you! Rather than just picking at random people on the Internet!

  • @TheFighterpilot93 Actually there were many losses but there was only one loss in combat and that was during the Libyan Campaign in June I think.

  • I just got A idea Why Don't we Do a ..... Mask For the Greenhorns

    Thanks Clarkson ..

  • that most suck to carry a barf bag with you the rest of the ride

  • Really that is cool!

  • HAHAAA, my mom's an F16 pilot in the RNoAF and she LOVES when they bring celebrities up there. Not all that long ago they (not my mum but her squadron) brought a really prominent female Norwegian celebrity up and hit a bird; so they actually had to eject. Not the most fun first time in an F-16 I suppose =) But she took it really well.

Most non-pilots HATE HATE HATE g-force though so I don't blame Clarkson!

  • Thats cool, u've gota have one of the coolest mums in the world lol

  • can i ask a question it may sound stupid, but why would you puke after bein in one of those is it cause of the g force?

  • Lots of different reasons. With f.ex FAQs they're not used to being in a plane and they end up looking at the HUD all the time and don't get what's going on around them, and that's sure to cause nausea, lol.

I mean just think about it, it's sea-sickness inducing movement times about 5000.

  • yeah i see wot ya mean lol

  • @DJSmithGuitar I guarantee you would black out and puke.

  • LOL wtf!

  • HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA Taking up on a raptor now LMAO

  • 0:20 DO A BARREL ROLL!!

  • ahhh mate you just got that crappy game stuck in my head =/ DAMN YOU !! Lylat wars was awesome

  • @LOLDISNEYLAND aileron roll, actually

  • @YourAverageJoey Thanks for that. I am an aircraft enthusiast hence why I was on here. I was referring to the meme. Many respects to you fellow air enthusiast. :-)

  • i love a lot of g

  • OOOOooooo.....hhh thats a lot of g's ....... LMFAO... LOOOOOOOLLLL

  • Evidently jeremy had a hissy fit when some comedien made a joke about the queen calling him "that bloody chaufer!";

he phoned director of "have I got news for u" and insisted that the scene was removed!

He walked up to the comic in question and threw his notes to the floor like a big hypocrite girl!

  • i want to be a fighter pilot too!!!

  • i wuda been like "im ina jet motherfucker dont you ever forget"

  • LOL

  • there's some G

    there's some sick lol

  • even if i was sick id still be like "WHOAH IM FLYIN IN A JET!!"

  • You lucky bastard but sick straight away

  • nice one jeremy :S

  • lol thats gross

  • "theres some g" lol

  • Is it true civilians can be certified to fly fighter planes? Of course if you have the money...

  • Yep, you just need a certain level license, like sport pilot, private pilot, single engine, twin engine, single jet, twin jet... and so on.. And of course I believe you can't get the "newest and best" but you can pick up an F-16 for around 16 mil (6 years ago) and those must be retired jets. And I'm sure it would take a lot of work! (I think asking the USAF for a jet would be somewhat difficult) And finally, the licensing would be thousands of dollars!

  • so how much would some of the.....let say ''better'' or extremer jets be:

    -SR-71 blackbird

    -EuroFighter Typhoon

    -F-22 Raptor

    -B-2

    -Harrier Jump Jet

  • That is information that I do not know, sorry. I would like too learn though! ha, Though, I don't think it would be possible to get an F-22, and also a B-2 (they are out of production, I believe). It costs the military 2 billion for a B-2, I remember that.

  • so im guessing all the other's are perfectly obtainable with the right amount of money..hah kidding =p

there only dreams tbh and the SR-71 is a legend, i mean cmon...the basic evasive manouver for a oncoming missile was to speed up o.o

    that's mental lolz

  • lol u can't buy the blackbird, urofighter, b2. maby and 'old' f22 or jump jet if one ever has the money. getting a licensing for those is another wad of money

  • yup i was being unrealistic lol

  • XB-70 Valkyrie or T-4 "Sotka "

    S-37, X-29, X-31

    MiG-29OVT

    What so "extreme" in B-2?

    Yak-141, F-35

  • >What so "extreme" in B-2?

Stealth - despite its 69 foot wingspan, it's said to have a radar cross section the size of a basketball

Range - being a "flying wing" it is extremely fuel efficient - 6000 nautical miles on a single load of fuel, which can be extended even further by inflight refuelling. Hence a typical sortie starts from its home base somewhere in the US, flying nonstop to the target, drop its bombs, then fly back nonstop to home, never ever landing until after coming home.

  • Not to mention it can hold enough bombs to wipe a country the size of Russia off the map...

LoL I guess that's kind of funny because that's what it was designed to do!

  • Yet another reason it's "extreme"

  • A flock of Canadian geese can bring her down.lol

  • an F117 costs half a billion dollar. i heard on TV after 1 crashed

  • ahm ahm...

    shot down by Serbs? :)

  • no just during training .Pilot made a mistake and had to eject

  • Hmmm, no. An F-117 was actually shot down over the Balkans.

  • if you are referring to the B-2 that crashed on take off it was not entirely pilot error the sensor indicated the wrong speed which let the pilot to pitch the nose up the wrong time which led to the wing clipping the runway and the crash

  • F-117 costs about 110 million and B-2 costs about 2 billion. One what crashed last year was B-2.

  • sorry the crap music was from another web site, minimised, took me a while to realise all the videos had the same crap music lol sorry

  • cant you get rid of the crap music on all the videos!!!!!!!!!! its annoying

  • LOL eww:P:P

  • Im suprised someone didnt try n sell that on Ebay.. lol

  • nice...

  • That was pleasant.

  • where did you hear that at ?

  • It's an old joke and completely untrue. At least the part about the F-18 ride.

  • is there certain amount of g's u have to be able to take in order to be a pilot in the air force

    any one know?

  • The only physical requirement is a good level of fitness. Fit people have the potential to develop a higher level of resistance to G forces. Also, G force tolerance increases with experience/fitness. Some rookies black out at 3G whilst experienced pilots can take 8G+. In many cases, pilots wear a G suit since it helps to prevent red outs/black outs.

  • thanks for the reply how can the suit prevent red and black outs?

    8 g thats crazy! lol

  • For black-outs, the G suit constricts flow to the legs by inflating and wrapping tightly around the thigh. This stops blood from pooling in the lower parts of the body during high G manouvers.

  • Performance teams such as the blue angels don't even use g-suits. They are just really athletic and fly well.

  • So you're saying that micheal jordan was so great that he played basketball in the NBA with sandals :)

Why would you not use the technology if it's out there?

That's just plain stubborn and stupid

  • Can you quote my comment? I have looked through the 50 comments on the page and cannot see one. I guess it was deleted.

  • sup2. Now I remember what you are referring to. I'll assume you are younger than me because you don't seem very mature to insult people without waiting for an answer the reasons behind their actions. so I won't use Hyung when referring to you. They don't use G-Suits because they inflate around the legs which hits the control stick and would cause them to turn slighty which would be horrible in formation flight.

  • First of all I have never insulted you in any way. The way you have commented was that Blue angels are just better than the pilots serving in the war because they don't use the g suits while other pilots do... I didn't know the reason behind it but now I now. So it makes you are more knowledgeable than me in these stuff but you're not necessarily older than me since you're the one who started to comment personal comments. Unlikely mature thing to do.Also found out that they are restricted to 4Gs

  • Flying in formation is not done with high Gs because the wake turbulence would be very dangerous and when the planes are already closer than 1 meter from each other, turning that abruptly would also be extremely dangerous. They do have to pull much more than 4G's to rejoin the group when they have done anything out of formation. It would take a great amount of time and distance to turn around if they only pulled 4 gs and I can't even find a website saying they are restricted to 4.

  • And the Blue Angels do have normal duty also. The minimum amount of jet tactical hours is 1,350 while the team leader must have at least 3,000.Three new members are chosen every year with the released members returning to normal duty. The team leader must have also been a squadron leader. All members are qualified for carrier operations.I don't think anyone has to be insulted personally. If you insult my favorite football team, university, philosophy... it is still insulting just not directly.

  • I DID A ROLL!

  • lol

  • and me

  • man that's disgusting who the fuck wants to see jeremy clarkson puking in a plane?

  • me.

  • does it actually show the puke? casue if it does im not watching and if i do i will

  • I did a spiral dive in a Piper Cherokee 140. :)

  • No, you didn't.

  • Well, my instructor demonstrated one.

But I am currently training for a PPL.

Please don't mark me down. :(

  • im marking you down for lying lol

  • On a Piper Cherokee....isn't that a small and fragile aircraft? Yes it is, is like doing it on a cessna or a money bravo...wich is hard as hell...but if you did it, congratulations! Next time try it on a Extra 300S!

  • It wasn't particularly anything extreme, but it was fun.

Thanks. :) Training is going well.

  • lol 0:44

  • COOL, he did a roll.

Now turn around and fire missiles at the Russians.

  • hmm.. he's not complaining about his back...

  • what is the music in the background in the end of the clip?

  • @rightwinglibertarian Did you find out what the music is?

  • muhaha i seen him spew up when in a prodrive to muahahahahahahahaha =D

  • Jeez Jeremy, i'm eating here, could you turn off the camera before taking the barf bag and throwing up?

  • Why did you watch a video watching "Jeremy SICK in an F15" if you're eating?

  • Well... I thought that he might have been piloting the F15 like one sick **********er

  • haha he chucked up :D

  • Dont think he was ever sick, didnt really look like that. He implies this in alot of his videos, specially in topgear :P

  • I think it was for the end of this, but I've seen a clip where he gets out of the plane afterwards and does actually throw up.

  • "I DID A ROLL, IN AN F-15" LMAO

BTW how many G's were there?

  • not sure 6G possibly

  • Barrell roll, uh 1g if done correctly.

  • well sorreee im not an expert like you on g-force

  • It's what I do.

  • Not if you're a Marine..not in an F15 anyway.

  • so not only can he say he flew a f15 he can say he was sick in it HAHA

  • Welcome to real aviation Jeremy.
