Eric Gales has a heart of gold. He spent a ton of time with my 13yr old son and me backstage at the Jimi Hendrix Tribute tour. I was not worried one bit with this man around my son. Eric even took him up to the autograph table while I stayed backstage to watch the rest of the show. GREAT MAN....and now He is BACK AND BETTER THAN EVER!

I've been a professional musician in Memphis for over 20 years and have never laid eyes on cocaine or any of the like. Not all musicians abuse drugs and it's very sad to see when drugs interfere with extreme talent like Eric. Hope he gets clean, stays clean and continues to bless all of us with his gifts!
I went to school with him and dated him a little in high school. My mom was crazy about him, back when the juke box was on t.v. she would always make sure I called in and request his song. I remember hanging & playing in the 90's with the Gale Brothers-Eric, Eugene, Little Jimmie King, Joe Louis Walker Jr. sitting in BB Kings dressing room on Beale street jamming on a guitar that i had received from Buddy Guy, an EC strat..they were all wonderful people, very kind and we had a lot of laughs..Eric is a great guy..just made bad choices..miss you brother

Eric Gales has a heart of gold. He spent a ton of time with my 13yr old son and me backstage at the Jimi Hendrix Tribute tour. I was not worried one bit with this man around my son. Eric even took him up to the autograph table while I stayed backstage to watch the rest of the show. GREAT MAN....and now He is BACK AND BETTER THAN EVER!

I've been a professional musician in Memphis for over 20 years and have never laid eyes on cocaine or any of the like. Not all musicians abuse drugs and it's very sad to see when drugs interfere with extreme talent like Eric. Hope he gets clean, stays clean and continues to bless all of us with his gifts!

I went to school with him and dated him a little in high school. My mom was crazy about him, back when the juke box was on t.v. she would always make sure I called in and request his song. Long time ago, 1994 he use to come over to the house and always showed me nothing but respect from day 1. He used to call when his shows were over to talk and tell me how the shows went. I remember hanging & playing in the 90's with the Gale Brothers-Eric, Eugene, Little Jimmie King, Joe Louis Walker Jr. sitting in BB Kings dressing room on Beale street jamming on a guitar that i had received from Buddy Guy, an EC strat..they were all wonderful people, very kind and we had a lot of laughs..Eric is a great guy..just made bad choices..miss you brother

Wow...I remember playing and hanging with Eric numerous times in the 90's with him and his brothers....both at Memphis in May gigs along with BB Kings club etc. They were all very kind...sitting in the dressing room sharing a couch with Joe Louis Walker Jr. & Eugene, Little Jimmy King.. Eric's brother was there as well.. Miss you guys and the laughs and music we made.....had purchased a an EC strat guitar from Buddy Guy whom got it from Clapton ..Eric is a good person!
