Just taking a shot at this ( of Harry Lime???) as to the relevance of the Indian in this video? the brilliance of the song is how much humor and drop-dead fun Nilsson had with the myriad zany ways that ONE WORD "doctor" is expressed. Loved the image at 2:37. And here's the big finish: the Indian was maybe a Medicine Man, the archetypal Indian doctor? All of that said, I'm replaying the song it's "such a silly woman" in it's own right.
