Okay... you obviously do not have the Spirit, and you show it by your horrible interpretation. Some places react differently to verbal abuse accusations, slandering, defamation of character, or libel. U.S. Constitution overrules ANY City ordinance. The cops job is to uphold LAWFUL laws and disobey unlawful laws. LOL You say its the cops job to uphold the law by any means??? @stonewall97 I don't understand what it means to be free. Hmm..well, I know enough in that if I just go about my own business 24/7 and not disturb anyone, I won't get arrested. I know enough not to shout at people on the streets and force my beliefs onto them because all of us have the right to live our lives the way we want to. If it includes faith, fine. If it doesn't, fine. It's none of your fucking business how people live. Live you own lives and leave everyone else alone.

@jakeelee904 and furthermore, I can go through my days knowing I don't have an arrest record. Freedom of speech doesn't mean all of your speech is appropriate all the time. People have the right to freely go about their business in public, in peace and serenity without some asshole shouting at them. @stonewall97 exercise our rights so they do not infringe on the rights of others. All you preachers are the same; you only want what you want and don't give a damn about others. People have the right to walk down the street in peace and not be shouted at by some preacher shmuck with too much time on his hands. You can have your free speech, but that doesn't mean your speech is appropriate all the time.

You contradict yourself....Freedom of speech is being implemented in this video. This is the definition of what separates us from other countries. We have become like Nazi Germany right here. Maybe I see gay parades as a visual infringement on my mind and maybe we need to arrest them also. or how about everyone who plays a guitar for money as well. I mean I don't like their loud playing...they really arnt that good. i think they need to be arrested also.

@jakeelee904 If there's one thing I've learned from observing the religious psychotic in its natural habitat (the street protest) it's that they consider anything other than going to church, screaming on a sidewalk, or locking themselves in a room while reading aloud from the bible and self-flagellating an affront to god. You have to understand that these people are lying when they say their trying to "win souls." They do this because it's their only means of social interaction with regular joes

Good, i hope you guys win in court. These cops should be arrested for violating their Oaths to protect and defend the Constitution. If i was a cop i would not obey an unlawful order to arrest people who were practicing their rights to freedom of speech, Freedom of religion. City ordinance does not overrule the Constitution.

Okay... you obviously do not have the Spirit, and you show it by your horrible interpretation. So far, you think praying is preaching, that there is no hell/everlasting torment(which is exactly how it's described in the Bible), and you think "having a matter against another" is the same as the state arresting a street preacher for free speech... when it clearly states it's about believers having an issue between one another(as also mentioned in Matthew 5).

Jesus commanded preaching, and Paul commanded preaching---and neither one said it had to be limited to street corners or to synagogues. Preaching is defined in those contexts as "town crier"--a town crier lifts up his/her voice to be heard. If they're all hypocrites, then you better go get Paul because Scripture says he disputed daily in the streets. Please go read your Bible on your own, you've been fed false theology and need to sit back and read it objectively.

There are Federal court cases that there is no public veto.. "complaining" or "disliking" the speech doesn't mean they should be arrested or stopped on public property. It's amazing how blind you are, you're welcoming on Hitler's regime ideals. Your rights will be gone one day too while you sit aside and mock those who preach. Your voice will be gone and you will look back on these days and remember. The Gospel will still be preached, they arrested Paul too. God wins.
