Ja, I do get rather annoyed at it. Though usually the computer cheats to win like blocking a low punch with a mid block or weak punching you while your doing a flying kick at their face, sometimes when you fight someone that is a character that your player knows like Hayate Vs Kayabusa Kayabusa will not let you win and will repeat move combos to make sure of it. I think he got me into a 16 hit combo and then attacked me and put me into a combo when I rised.
