The Gold record...I know Im old school but thats a hard one to top. Like Melody. The martin bros. each did a Great album and now they do good albums. Okay, I havent heard everything afterwards, but each one, after making a classic LP (Melody and Gold) and a a stellar EP (The Cobbler and She's The Queen) go on to do 2 mediocre albums (RObot ROck/Christiansongs and Americana/whatever that album was that was yellow.) Fashion FOcus was good, though--forgot about that one!

Just my opinion. I just forgot how good this old stuff is. Love that retro classic pop sound. Gold is like prog 50's pop, eyeing heavy metal from a full-service gas station..

Anyone got a late sf59 album to recommend? One of the problems with sf59 is too many fanboys its hard to find the really good albums when theyre all 5 stars, which I really doubt ! :)

Fashion Focus is great all the way thru as well

GOLD record. pick it up. By far the best SF59 record.
