that was helpful. I'm looking to know how to let something stay still for a couple seconds, when it will be moving before and again after. it jut seems to tween it all together so it just moves really slow to the next point instead of holding still and then moving quickly. does that make sense?

@RidgeviewVG exporting sound is tricky. you need to make sure when exporting you are selecting the right settings.

you'll find a tutorial on it pretty easy.

When i was watching other tutorials, they were too complicated cuz they were for advased users, but there was no good begginers course (on Youtube) that teach you basics, which can help you to use and understand the AE.
