Lock him in a room thats air conditioned and give him food and water put the pee pad in there and dont let him out until morning.(Yes, do this at night.)
Then when he realizes that the only way he can use the bathroom is by going on the pad he will do it naturally!
(I did this with my dog it worked and is NOT cruel!!)

well just show him his pee spot area and try to talk in a calm voice and repeat it over and over also give him a treat to motivate him k !
