Just wanted to point out that Planet Sheen is not a Jimmy Neutron ripoff. It's a spinoff series. It's by no means great, but it's not a ripoff. Also Sheen will always be my favorite character from Jimmy Neutron.

Imo, Tuff Puppy and Penguins are alright. I don't think they're awful. Penguins is actually pretty funny.

I like Tuff Puppy to some degre. It's bad but not to the point it's completely unenjoyable. A lot better than SpongeBob Squarepants. As for Planet Sheen, it's not a rip off. It's called a Spin Off Series. Use to do it a lot to older shows, like the Scoopy-Doo cartoons that featured Scoopy, Shaggy, Scrappy and some new girl I forgot the name of.
