  • woot to policenauts!

  • Do you play Call of Duty Black Ops?

If so what is your Kill to Death ratio and what prestige are you????

  • Ringu 0 ?

  • it's nice how those 8 bit Nintendo deluxe sets have a handle on the top of the box; it's makes it easier to chunk it all into a fire because GYROMITE SUCKS!!!!!

  • @thadreazie

Ironically, it's the rarest and most valuable NES set. LOL

  • @L1Games owing largely to the rest of them being tossed into said fire

  • LOL IM THE 1337'TH VIEWER

  • I enjoyed seeing that rare old copy of "Night Trap", Seeing a case with all sort of NES Games in mint condition, and seeing that Panasonic Gamecube 8D, You had alot of fun there I can tell.

  • Awesome video, you picked up some great games.

  • Can I marry your awesomeness?

  • Man, i would be in so much trouble if this was around here, i would have dropped some serious cash there.

  • L1 - how much did you pay for the Q? And did the seller have another with the switch?

  • @h8b1llg8ts I forked over $325 for it. No he didn't.

  • @L1Games That thing is mad. So the region switch is for games too I assume?

  • HOW DID I MISS THIS???? I'm so sad.

  • @Dbot101 Ah, but it's Columbus which is the 15th largest city in the nation:) thats worth...something I guess. LOL

  • *sigh* those games..when everything was original and teh gaming indusry wasnt greedy.

  • You said that the Panasonic Q was region free with DVD's, how about the GC games? Does it play all region GC games?

  • @freemonk3 Nope. Just japanese games. not sure if a freeloader or other such device would work on it or not.

  • This is cool, im actually in columbus ohio i wish i knew about this.

  • so its just a room?

  • 3:45 I'm from GR, Michigan :O

  • Hey Muzz, I have a question about conventions and flea markets...

Do you people who are selling video games usually give decent prices, in terms of being able to resell them?

I've recently started an Ebay store and am beginning to sell some games and other stuff, but the problem is finding inventory.

Do you have any tips or anything dealing with used games and building you inventory?

Obviously it's easier for you because you own an actual store, but maybe you have some tips for me?

    Thanks.

  • @pinkyandthesheep Try pawn shops. I been running an ebay store for a few months now and found really good stuff there. If you look at the PS1, N64 and sega games you'll find good stuff because they really don't care. Two pawn shops at my area price them at 1-1.99 each. I found a collectors edition Zelda Majoras Mask cart for 1 buck and resold it for 25.00. Then I found a Final Fantasy VII game for 2 bucks resold for 35.00.

It takes alot of patience and persistence.

  • @pinkyandthesheep Like I said, I made a butt-load of profit off pawn shops. Sometimes thrift stores, flea markets, yard sales, and craigslist. But beware those ones depend on the people. I met quite a few wierdos who price their games way above what they're actually worth. Examples: FF VII for 100 bucks, Original Xbox with Grand Theft Auto San Andreas for 120 bucks etc.

But Pawn shops never price their games at astronomical prices, they are always priced at a set rate.

  • @randygelion Thank you so much.

I read both of your comments and I appreciate the reply.

I'll have to check out some pawn shops.

I've tried one thrift store and they had a Gamecube for 50 dollars, not worth it.

Garage sales seem to be a good place to look.

And yes, patience and persistence definitely.

and it irritates me when people overprice.

Would you suggest buying wholesale on ebay?

Anyways, thanks for the advice and Ill take all of that into consideration.

    Thanks.

  • @pinkyandthesheep

remember to thoroughly check anything you buy from a pawn shop for excessive abuse. I normally advice against them.

Thrift stores are a great place to pick things up as are yard/garage sales. if you buy on ebay, look for lots. With a 100 game lot for example, will get you a better price per item. people always pay less when buying in bulk. if you plan to sell tons, you should apply for for an LLC and get a federal ID #. this way you can also order from distributors.

  • @L1Games Thanks for the advice.

A few follow up questions though.

Wht is an LLC and a federal ID#?

I've considered buying from distributors but for one, I have no idea where to even start to look and also I'm not sure how much it costs and if my funds are sufficient.

Would you mind pointing me in the right direction if you're not too busy?

Do you buying wholesale from distributors is a good idea? I would like to eventually sell a lot but I don't have much in my inventory.

    Please help

    thanks

  • @pinkyandthesheep

LLC = A limited liability company (LLC) is a flexible form of enterprise that blends elements of partnership and corporate structures. It is a legal form of company that provides limited liability to its owners in the vast majority of United States jurisdictions.

Federal Tax ID # (AKA: Employer Identification Number) = is the corporate equivalent to a Social Security Number. with one, you can order from distributors and you don't have to pay tax on resale items.

  • @pinkyandthesheep

you can hit the internet (Google will help) to find distributors, but if you don't have a federal ID#, they will not sell to you. I find distributors most helpful for peripherals and the such. mark up on new games is not very much.

  • 1:16 - THE MYTH THAT WAS POKÉMON GREEN! I remember having the red and blue version when i was like 5 or 6. My brother actually bought them, and we never understood why there wasn't a green version, untill a few years later i saw a boy playing the green version. It had shit sprites like blue and red (not yellow), but the sprites was different! Come to think of it, though i don't play pokémon or care much for it or any anime (i'm 18 today so i've grown out that) i'd definetely buy pokemon green!
