This is awesome.. I just started detecting so having some info on some SC locations will hopefully help point me in the right direction. I enjoy the videos, man. You doing most of your hunting in the area I live/grew up gives me hope maybe I can find something good haha.

Dude your the man. Up here in myrtle beach. Cant wait to check out those maps. i have a whole bunch of 1918 topo maps but nothing from the 40's. Been waiting for your next dig. Cant wait. @diggin4dimes the book doesn't have maps, it has lots of text and abbreviations of where to stop while touring on the road...everything from picnic places to obscure historical things. Since touring was fallen out of fashion, maybe some of those places have fallen in to disuse...the book DOES take a little effort to decode, and OCR isn't perfect...drop me a line or catch me in chat if you need help, I still have the originals.

@uw1955 Thanks! I have an obsession with the infinite details of everything, so who knows what I'll get my hands on to scan next...so keep checking in from time to time, I'm working to get more stuff posted.
