The music was the only redeeming feature of the prequels. They could have been great, that's what makes me sad. They were so disappointing, and I wish Lucas would allow someone to remake them as films that do the series justice.

Naww... For all for you, tha haters of the prequel trilogy: I understand you like Luke better, you like Han and Chewie and Leia, and the others better. That you think the prequels have been fucked because of the innovation in virtual technology. Part of it is true, but STILL, the prequels have really great aspects, really touching, entertaining or exciting moments, this epic soundtrack, and you just gotta use your mind and imagination to fill the holes Lucas left. ;)

Now that is sad. There is nothing to grab the moment, and that is where John Williams comes in. Saying this is a masterpiece is an understatement.
