  • Hi Ian, I'm glad DVD's dont wear out as I refer to my mobilzer DVD all the time for myself and my clients, its fantastic!

    The hip mobilizers have helped me gain significant movement and function post hip surgery - thanks for sharing your wisom, you're the best!
