to finalize all the comments about the drumming and vox: the drummer smokes, his endurance is horrible, the drums on proprioception were midi quantized, and the hits were sampled to make it sound even and more accurate. as for the new vocalist, his technique is terrible, he is more than likely doing a technique that involves more "pushing" rather than pure technique. Otherwise, the bands writing skills are amazing and proprioception is a must-hear.

There new vocalist happens to be my good friend and he joined the band after not doing vocals for 2 years and on pretty short notice. Right to a tour....no home shows. I think he does fine for coming right out of no where with it. Coming from a shitty local band....to a signed popular band after a 2 year break. Give him time.
