What if this were part of one of the 1200 page bills that is rushed through congress all the time without the congress even reading it somtimes?? Also, then add the more recent addition of the Emergency Expatriation Act, which means the President can strip your citizenship...therefore, you will no longer be a citizen...can you say Indefinite Detention?

I think we need to see the full context of the Senator's rant before passing judgement. Perhaps he was mocking the legislation. Regardless, it is definitely time to lock and load. If these clowns think they are going to implement Martial Law in this country, let them try. It wasn't pretty the first time and that was with muskets and cannons.
