the high E (or d, in this case) is a little flat. other than that, fantastic cover. disregard the mistakes, cuz even i have trouble playing this. flawless, IMO.

I'm thinking of buying this guitar. I have a few questions... It would help me make my decision if you answered some questions.

1-How is the FR? Does it stay in tune? Do you use it? Do you abuse it?

2-If you could pick, regardless of the cost, would you pick this one over a Kelly KE3?

Comparing this guitar to a Kelly KE3 is like comparing an old truck to a new sportscar.

The KE3 comes with much better hardware, pickups, Floyd Rose and tuners.

The Jackson X series used basswood, and the other Pro/USA models use either Alder or Mahogny.

But, it depends also on how well the guitar is set together. I've seen JS King V's that's buildt better and sound better than a JAckson RR24.

But, in general, a KE3 would be a great upgrade comparing it to a KVX.

@FoR10th its a licenced FR: yess it stays in tune but some licenced FR's r made w/ cheap metals so it makes groves in the locking nut so eventuallyy falls out of tune n how to use its its e-z ... bends foward n bakward for drive bombs n other shit n abuse is np just make sure tht the FR on the guitar doesnt click wen fuckin around wit it (most jacksons like the king v, rhoads,kelly,dinky dont have FR probs)n i have the KV1 and the KE3 i love em both---- the kv sitting down must be between legs

@dkrdw93 The difference between Metal and Insane is that Insane has more of a... blank or hollow distortion, while Metal is more Chord Crunching distortion and a lot more deeper, Insane just has more gain, that's about it.
