haha it was fun watching this series and getting to the end and your both drunk...real fun times! Im a student in college right now so getting money to buy a kit is not really happening yet but maybe soon.

Question: how do you clean out all the oak chips you put it earlier?

what kind of juice did you use and can you use other juices besides what came in the kit (say if you knew where to get higher quality stuff or straight from grapes)

The wood chips remain behind in the primary fermenter when you siphon into the secondary.

You can use any kind of juice or fruit that you want.

It was lots of fun.
