First there is no proof that "The students were used by the Americans". its a typical trick that many 獨裁政府 use, to create a sense of danger by creating an imaginery enemy.
And secondly, and most importantly, there is no need to use such violence on the students. The choice to use tanks and army is solely made by the communist party, and there is no one else to blame.
if the CCP thinks they are so righteous, why do you think they ban the keyword "六四"? Why don't they proudly declare that the PLA had busted another anti-revoluntary attempt and let the people cheer? it's because they are AFRAID. They are afraid that the people will know the truth.

這句話在1989/6/4的天安門學生的爭民主運動中能充分證明.
多少的學生在解放軍的槍口及砲口下為爭民主而丟掉生命.
難道當中國人真的不能享有民主?也許從5000年到至今真的就是如此.
