So this "Perry Q. Minton" defense attorney says that the cops can arrest someone for public intoxication as a passenger in a car??? WTF kind of defense attorney is this guy??? One that I would never want!!! That would mean that if I was out drinking, got drunk, called a cab, the cab get pulled over for any reason, I am in the back seat of the cab, and I could get arrested??? LMAO! But the tape is being withheld from the public.

@im1greatman They charged Beuhler with a felony. A complete bullshit charge. However, the false charges brought ON Beuhler IS a federal offense. It is a federal offense to file false reports and or charges. The Cops are completely in the wrong.
So, next time I phone my wife up to come and pick me up as I have had a few to many beers, will I be wasting my time ? It seems I will still be put in jail for being a passenger who thought he was doing the right thing in not driving while DUI

The officers were on a power trip & acted very unprofessional. But they will get away with it because no one these days are on the public citizens side but officers as to not get the city sued. This will cause the public to start defending themselves in ways they shouldn't have to.
Wrong a car is not a public place, a car is private property therefore the inside is private...This is why they can't search your car without a warrant.
Buehler just did an interview on the AlexJones show so things should warm up for "the peace officers"
