@homeunitedfan no prob.. first you must call them to make an appointment, then just come and do your design there.. then wait 2-4 weeks, they will call you when the item is ready to collect. They don't do shipment to your address like the USA did, you must collect it from them.

@ptrrespaty cuz they're computer systems mucked up at their factory. Its only when I phoned them up, that they told me the problem. I sent them complaint letter, but they never replied. Its not right! I should be compensated!!!
