gsdx 0.1.8! That's the only really fast one.. when you download it you have to extract the files to the plugins folder. Then when you start up pcsx2 you have to set the plugins directory and bios directory to the right folders.

in order to use gsdx 0.1.8 you need to have directx 9. otherwise it won't work. to get it to run faster you can try allocating more ram in system properties, turning the sound completely off, turning interlacing off under graphics,setting the internal res really low, and disabling all the processes running on your computer that you don't need.

I got mine up to 40 fps on my crappy computer by using the latest plugins. Make sure you have directx 9 and gsdx 0.1.8.

Btw with fraps work well for that cheap mobo you got.. "if you fraping", *grats & remember cut off the music in naruto acc2 inside game setup to get 4~6 frames more. its a glitch =)
