Swindon Speedway 1988

Did not Silver broke his leg one week before this swindon race start??? One week later can`t start a speedwayrider with a broken leg and rode a fantastic heat.

Not sure where this "Michael" stuff comes from. Rider in red is definitely Andrew Silver. The race is from Swindon v Ipswich in 1988.

Yeah! Speedway is a great sport and the rider are very daring and to be a game to do this.

And the winner of this heat is a german rider with an international license named Michael and not Andrew. He is a great man and lives today near Flensburg (Germany) and works as an engineer.

The rider from the red gate was a german speedwayrider with an international danish license. He was one of the best rider in the world.

I Know Andy Silver, used to do winter seasons in meribel with him Snowboarding.

He became a pro Snowboarder and Charged Mounatins in the 90's, super nice bloke!!!!

its actually confirmed andrew silver will partner luke bowen at the two reserve berths.i used to run round waterden road with andrew when his dad was at hackney as my dad was mechanic for steve lomas who rode for the hawks

Red is Andrew Silver, white is Jeremy Doncaster, Blue is Alun Rossiter. Not sure who Y/B is. Could be Carl Blackbird.
