Yes they're sibling and their names are Rin and Len. The girl's Rin and the boy's Ren.

No, his name is Len. I know that in Japanese there isn't the kanji that sounds like "L" or something like that, but it's an english name. It represents Left, get it? Left - Len, Right - Rin. If he was Ren it wouldn't make any sense :<
