usually if you had sega channel in your area, then standard channels should have been much clearer then other cable systems.

Time Warner is shitty in our area. When you have a problem they don't fix your damaged cables. They even cancel the calls for no good reason. I was without cable for a month till they fixed it.

You're probably right it depends on when the commercial was made, if it was made around 1995 it might have been part of the commercial

I think Sega Channel did have a website very briefly in the mid 90s, but the website at the beginning is just a fan site (albeit a really good one! I recommend it if you're really interested in Sega.
