Yes it is on the 1HZ engine, the manifold is the stock 1HZ with an adapter plate. I'll be using a 1HDT manifold for my next one. It is a T3 turbo with a precision 3231 .63 A/R. it boosts bard from 1600-about 2600RPM or more- great for highway driving. I'm switching to a .48 housing because I mostly use the truck for offroading now.
it starts at about 16-1800rpm and goes up to about 3K maybe (can't remember), it'll hit 10lbs immediately if it's under load. If i'm on the highway and tramp it it will hit 10 psi instantly as well. I also have an intercooler now and run 12-15psi - goes nice!
Hi there, the garret 2860 is good, has mainly been used on this engine, but it isn't the best turbo as it was the only model that would fit at the time, so there are better now. But it will work just fine for you I am sure.
. For non turbo 12valve version engine 1hz fuel pump upgrade should be in the modification list to perform exellent result... For example 1HD-T is come with original CT26 turbo.. just change the turbo with Garrett T3/T4 and the power is amazing.. just with tuning of fuel pump
.... One of my friend car, using 15" x10jj iron rim with 12R tyre... the tyre still can sound(spinning) on 4th gear on highway...on series 75 ..
the best upgrade from the original is put t3/t4 hybrid one.... T4 compressor side come with ar50 housing with compressor fin Inducer 53mm-76mm exducer.. Turbine part with Ar.48 or Ar.63 turbine shaft size which is around inducer 65mm-55mm exducer... find this similiar spec and u wont regrats..

Hi there, get rid of the ct26 and use a T03 with .63 precision turbo hot section and .60 cold section. Awsome turbo - bigger than the CT26 and will last forever.
The cost depends on exactly what you want, I can have them ceramic coated, port and polish a new or recore exhaust manifold, use EMX coating etc. Generally speaking thought the kit costs around $2300 Canadian and includes everything you need to install it.
is this bolted onto ur 1hz motor ?? if so wat manifold are u using??

What RPM does your t4 start to spool up at and what rpm is it at 10PSI

Hi there, yes I went with the .63 made by precision turbos, it's a great combo - that turbo will outlive the truck.

What do you think about a dual BB garrett gt2860 with a .60 hot side(rear housing and a compressor housing (front) .86?????

Hi there, the garret 2860 is good, has mainly been used on this engine, but it isn't the best turbo as it was the only model that would fit at the time, so there are better now. But it will work just fine for you I am sure.

An external wastegate is recommended too..
boost level to 25psi is excellent

I am going to install the external wastegate this summer and switch from air/air intercooling to glycol/air intercooling.
Maybe the year after I will add propane or meth injection.
