Your super mario bros 3 is different from mine. Because in every world whenever i go in a castle i must face a koopa boss, the pipes in your one of your levels were red. Mines were green, and in the last world you bet the king was transformed to a dog. In my mario bros 3 the king is transformed into a red serpent. And way to go through mario bros 3 so far without dieing yet.

@hols2000 There are stages where you can't run fast enough at the end though. So, walk or run, but never stop going left, and try to hit the Star Card at approx. 45 degrees. It's pretty easy to master. Almost every possible example on how to do it was shown in this run. ;)

1:28 if you hit this block from the side a leaf will emerge from it and gives mario a racoons tail that is if you're big mario. if you are small mario there will emerge a mushroom from it and make mario grow.

i'm a huge fan of this game, got it for nes, snes (mario all stars), gba (mario advance 4) but mostly i play it on fceu emulator on pc because i live in holland and the old nintendo consoles run at 50 Hz what makes the game run slower or with black edges on top and bottom of the screen :(

The ending of each stage is crazy how u got the star cards with out timing all the time.

It's very easy to get Stars all the time. The only timing you need is not to lose any time to hit the Star Pannel. All you need to do is to never stop running or walking and hit it at approximately 45 degrees. Nothing big there. Takes no time to master it! ;)

Download Nestopia - U can even save games, by clicking "save state" under file. Once u have downloaded Nestopia, open it up and view the folders. If you notice, the song in this level is in many levels in the game

When you heard this song, you will know that you must grab ALL the coins to get the white mushroom!!

May be not with your original PS2 Controller, but with a Controller that looks like a PS2 one, of course it would work! You only need a good emulator to run NES games, and a USB Controller to play them :)

I am pretty good at several games. All comes from mastering the controller. Once you control it, have control or your emotions and become a veteran, so you can use 100% of your skills without being tensed. ;)
