@lakieman5 the Ball curves to the side? If it does that means your shoulder is turning, or your finger tips in the follow threw is not up & down...How I teach ppl to shoot is to stand on the dotted Arc just below the Free Throw and shoot a basic form without jumping, Or stand in front of the back board on the left or right side of the hoop, and shoot it against the backboard using your basic shooting form and catch it wit the same hand

im mostly a 3 point shooter but to get on the team this year my coach told me i need to improve my mid range jumper and driving
