  • when you put it in the 2nd time do you keep the lid on?

  • When you put the ribs back in w/the bbq sauce on them. do you cover them again? Looks so good . . . and you make it look so easy. You should have your own show on the Food Network.

  • @ladyrosie1983 Do you use the same temp in the oven the 2nd time you put it in? Covered or not covered?

  • We were having a pot luck at work today and I agreed to make pork ribs. I found a lot of "how to videos" here on You Tube, but I decided to go with yours, and boy, am I glad I did!! Everybody loved 'em! I followed your recipe to the letter and they came out perfect.

God bless you Rosie, you (& your ribs) are "da bomb!!"

Next pot luck, I've already decided I'm making your baked macaroni & cheese

    Tom in California

  • @safari55 I'm so glad you and your coworkers enjoyed my recipe! XOXO

  • Hi Rosie, I'm from Melbourne, Australia, Could you please tell me what is in the seasoning salt (what spices) thanks. I love the way you cook with no mess at all. awesome video.

  • @nupps Seasoning salt is usually a mixture of Salt, Garlic Powder, Pepper, and Paprika.... I hope this helps!

  • Thanks for the video Rosie, quick and easy great oven ribs! Never thought this white boy could make such good ribs, yur tops in my book!

  • @dewz4949 I'm glad you liked the video! XOXO

  • yumm..I'm hungry now hahaha

  • Does it matter what temperature the water that you put next to the ribs are?

  • A tip- when you get your meat come right home and clean it and season it with your seasons. and put it in the freezer and then when your ready for it in maybe or day or two you wouldn't have to add all them seasoning cause you'd already season it!

  • @ladyrosie1983 hey thanks for the reply! Im making some tomorrow! and yes im looking forward to browsing the rest of your vids for good ideas and some of your vlogs ill be commenting on your vids as im always looking for good youtubers. I wanna start posting my own videos soon. Thanks

  • nOT TO MAKE THIS RACIAL BUT I'VE NOTICED THAT WHITE PPL PULL THE MEMBRAIN OFF THE RIBBS BEFORE THEY COOK IT. nO OFFENSE BUT I FIND THAT COMPLETLY USELESS TO BE HONEST HAHA. BLACK PEOPLE DONT GIVE A FUCK, THEY BE LIKE I'M GONNA SEASON MY MEAT, SLAM THAT BAD BOI ON THE GRILL/OVEN AND LACE IT DOWN WITH SOME BBQ SAUCE AND IT'S A RAP. LOL IF IT'S ONE THING BLACK FOLKS CAN DO IS FRIED CHICKEN, RIBBS, PEACH COBLER AND CORNBREAD. FACT

  • Bout to try this now. I hope these are good, because it's my last meal before my 2 month diet... lol

  • I'm gonna try this RIGHT now... see ya in a couple of Hours LOL

  • This makes me moist!

  • Cornbread!

  • @Sparkle8081 glad someone else noticed that , too.. membrane must go.

  • Thanks for showing me how to make ribs!!!

  • can u use foil to.cover them while baking?

  • Tuesday night I made pork ribs using Rosie's instructions and they were the most tender ribs I have ever eaten. The meat literally just fell off the bones. You won't catch me throwing pork ribs on the grill ever again when I can use Rosie's method instead. Yum, yum. Good eating.

  • Delicious! Thank you. Used some Kansas City style BBQ sauce... everybody asking where I learned to make em so well... keep up the good work!

  • looks fantastic! I'll definitely try it this method.

my only suggestion: wash your hands after handling the raw meat (before grabbing the spices, etc.) to prevent the spread of bacteria! :)

  • hi am in london, just a quick question, does it have to be pork? can i use lamb ribs?

  • @nabakooza5

RIBS MUST ALWAYS BE PORK !!!! all the chicken shops in London have stopped doing pork ribs and now do only Lamb. Think it is a Halal thing ! For the best Ribs make it PORK unless it is against your religion then sure Lamb will work fine.

  • @nabakooza5 YOU CAN USE LAMB, MY AUNT IS JAMAICAN AND SHE ONLY USES LAMB RIBS

  • they be lookin good but try using a baking tray, they come out like if you took them off the grill son. holla!!

  • I can't wait to try this recipe, this looks soo delish !

  • I'm making them right now and was just wondering if you let them cook the second half uncovered??? My ribs looks and smell pretty good...thanks.

  • I followed your instruction and they turned out great! Thanks!

  • I followed your instruction and they

  • lol is that the game on in the back

  • Hi,

    Question:

    1) after you put on the BBQ sauce, was it left covered or uncovered.

    2) were they falling off the bone?

    3) will this recipe be as effective will beef ribs?

    Thanks

  • Comment removed

  • i just wanted to implement to your recipe, (1) you should wash the ribs with vinegar or just water. (2) i think you should also put some real seasoning like real garlic, and salt. (3) you could leave the meet in the oven for a little longer, such as 50 min or until the water evaporates for the first section and them 30-40 min the last section...
