in what way is iraq doing well moxxyprime? is it the carbombings everyday? the only way we would be doing well is if we got out of this war. it is 4000+ american deaths too many not to mention the iraqi civilians that have been killed. we were lied into this war and people tend to forget. the media isnt creating any of this, it is giving it the attention it deservs. the only fear-mongering that went on here is the statements by bush that iraq and iran had fully developed wmds.

The worst part about this whole thing, is how much of a joke C-SPAN is to America. It's unfortunate that our country has turned into so much of a "I've got mine, f*&k yours" place. I wasn't born during one of our great periods so I don't know what it was like during the Kennedy or Lincoln era, when everyone was coming together for a common cause and when everyone had a common goal.
