I just love this song. I saw Petula Clark when she visited Malta when I was a kid out there with my Dad who was in the RAF. Wonderful Lady. God knows why she's never been made a Dame. Any Politicians reading this...sort it.

I agree about oversights. Petula Clark has never been made a dame, Engelbert Humperdink has never been knighted, and yet all sorts of other people get these honors. It's definitely not fair.
