Something was better than nothing lol...I'd just do what I could when I could. Somedays I'd be out at beach running at about midnight after work.

@ANeonTiger Thanks! I chose PF, bc they we're the cheapest. Really I didnt have a real routine. I'd just do a couple miles on the treadmill then hit the machines. I'd hit the free weights before I left. I dont know why, but I rarely did leg excercises. I'm ab to start now tho...also I'd get on my bike when I couldnt make it to the gym or if I just didnt feel like jogging...I figure it was better than nothing at all! Thanks for watching!

lol the description is the best and so true, i just started doing the DeStorm 3 week challenge im uploading a video every day until the end of it(uploading day 3 vid right now) and its the first thing in a long time to keep me motivated to reach my goal. but every time i tell people i am going to lose 15 pounds they all tell me that its crazy and i dont have 15 pounds to lose etc. anyway good videos man keep it up and hopefully in another 18 days i will be able to get comparable results!
@Ch3sT3R888 I usually use the GNC store brand or Optimun Nutrition's whey protein. They're pretty lean. When I cant make it to GNC, I'll use Wal Marts whey protein. It's pretty cheap (ab $15) and not too bad as far as calories imo...Make sure you compare the nutrition facts before you choose one. Some cheaper brands may have 50 grams of protein per serving, but that serving may be packed with sugar and fat calories.
@marcus23332333 You can have 20lbs off by Thanksgiving! I really didnt follow a routine. I just cut out sugars and lowered my carb and overall calorie intake. For the first month, I worked out every day (cardio and strength training). I lost ab 12-14lbs in 30days. After that, I kept eating "right" and just worked out a least 2 twice a week....It's really as simple as "Energy in, Energy out". Use more calories than you take in and you WILL lose weight. It's just simply how our bodies work.

Cardio would be good for overall health, but you dont wanna burn all your calories off jogging. Some is always good those.
