My favorite video is the long term storage where you opened the old food and showed it. This is my second favorite video is this one. People trip out too much on all the conspiracies. Everyone can just do what they can to and make allowances for the future and bam there you have is survival bam just that simple. In my prepping journey. Is shelter water food protection. The rest is just polishing the program. I love the vids this is still the best prepping channel.

As we have explained 100 other times. It was a joke in the very 1st film we made. It would have been dropped if not for the THOUSANDS of comments asking what part,where at in Idaho when standing next to palm tree's and pine tree's with no snow on the ground in winter months. We have nothing against folks from Idaho. The joke really seems to be on those that ask us the question more or less now days!

I think the general idea is that "lumber" is the word typically used to describe wood used in the building process- i.e, cut into common dimensions and used for framing, siding, etc. on a house. E.g. 2x4's 2x6's, etc.

What is seen in the background is firewood, some pine some hardwood. We cure firewood at least 2 years so pine isn't an issue. Also the stove has a catalytic.

In the end, both lumber and firewood burn, and that's the point of the stuff in the scene above. :) Cheers.

Actually only a handful of folks on one small message board thought we were the same person. One guy came with this huge "conspiracy" that we were the same guy, etc. etc. The guy basically put his foot in his own mouth and looked like a jerk the way he came off about it. Everyone thought it was very humorous. I would of also if the guy and his wife hadn't been so vicious with their attack. What can you say, it's the internet, some people are Just A Jerk. :)
